This is my 2nd time coming to this place. First time was years ago and I don't remember the experience. Came again this time and they had Ayce bbq for $28.95. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we waited a little bit for a seat because no one was at the desk to seat us. On their menu then only had 7 things to choose from for their ayce. We got pork belly and the bulgogi. Bulgogi for me was kinda dry. Yeah it did have the marinate when it came but once's you cooked it, it dried out. Banchan were ok. Some were stuff I haven't seen before. Service was ok I guess.. the waitress only checked on us once while another party came and they stop by their table more than us.

Based on a lot of poor reviews, I was a bit scared to come to this place initially. My friend and I wanted an AYCE KBBQ experience and the Chicagoland area as a whole doesn't have the most KBBQ restaurants that have an AYCE option. I typically go to BBQ Garden down the street when I'm in the suburbs because it has constantly been a solid spot for fulfill lol my cravings. The only issue was that they're closed on Wednesdays so we found Woori Village nearby was an AYCE option and came here instead. Our Korean lady server was extremely friendly during the entire experience and never made us feel rushed or was rude to us at all. She would laugh a little with us and by all means this experience was very different than what a lot of others have spoken about in terms of service at this place. While their meat options are bit limited, I think for $28 AYCE, it was a solid choice. We really liked the pork belly and short ribs from here. The brisket was okay, and the bulgolgi was definitely better. As far as the banchan (sides), they had some decent slides that tasted fresh and really good however there were a few banchan sides missing that we were hoping for like cucumber, season spinach, tteok-bokki, and fish cakes... etc. I'd still return, but I think the brisket and bulgolgi could definitely be a little better quality and taste better.

I've been here several times. The ayce is solid and it fils the belly. The service can be good and it can be mediocre. One time, we had a Korean in our group so the service was wonderful and efficient. The other times when we didn't have a Korean friend, the service was mediocre to average. Those times, the servers didn't come as frequent and were kind of slow. It's a good price. It's about a 3 for me since it's in the middle. Personally, I would go to Bbq Garden.

As a lover of Korean food, I can safely say that this place has authentic food! It is half restaurant and half a grocery store with Korean goods and snacks. They have All you can eat AYCE Korean BBQ! The side dishes are pretty tasty too. They're short staffed but still do their best to check in on you. I wouldn't say you need reservations, but it's the perfect place for a group gathering of 2-8 people. The inside is clean and the food comes out pretty fast! I would recommend.

This was a pretty authentic place! We got all the fixings that come with good Korean BBQ. The portions were generous and it all tasted fresh. We did not get all you can eat because we were with our kids and getting all you can eat would have been a waste. The waitress suggested a la carte which was the right amount. We chose Kalbi and pork!! If I am ever back in this part of Chicago! I will definitely stop by again. They also seems to be a grocery store.

Let down. Food and service has gone down hill. Everything comes out in styrofoam containers and there's someone that's there to monitor you & egg you on to finish

This place is a standard, no frills, straightforward, cook your own , eat all you can Korean barbecue resto serviced by a couple who are impressively efficient, fast moving and doing a great and excellent customer service. The banchans are simple , not as intricately assorted as the rest but we we end up getting out of the resto with a full stomach. We shopped a bit inside since the resto is adjacent to a Korean grocery store. Could have shopped more if tagged translated in English as I don't understand Korean characters. Bought some Korean candies as a highlight of our visit to this place.

The food was bland, when asked for more they ignored us and did not bring any more out. Service was horrible they catered to the Korean patrons. Racist. Go to Chicago Kalbi in Chicago, Iron Age, Mr Kimchi or any other Korean bbq. Stay away from Woori.

The service was awful. The servers only attended to the Korean customers. We attempted to get the servers attention after sitting there being ignored for at least 20 mins she gave us the hand and never came back. The first red flag, we had to ask for eating utensils and napkins. If they only want Korean customers they should post a sign. No service unless you are Korean. Do not try this place as you will not get food as servers do not bring you food but they sure did charge us the full price. Food was nothing to rave about. Bulgogi is suppose to be thin, the meat was too think and tough.

Food was fine. Service slows down as you are there. At first it was great. Then they slow down with bringing out the meat and sides. When I asked for more they raise there voice and said finish first and got stingy with the meat. Then they hide so you can not ask for more. Many other better places in the area try them. We will not be back. They included an automatic %18 gratitudity after taxes. They actually total the bill for you with tip so they get it. Wow what a place.
