Will definitely go back, but with a clear understanding of their Happy Hour. I LOVE Happy Hours -- theirs is great if you know what it is. On the menu it boldly states in a large header "Happy Hour 11am - 7pm." That's only on DRINKS, idiot!HH on food ends at 6pm, but you will realize that later in the evening when $8 chicken wings are actually $14 or some other app is 40% more.Happy Hour on SOLIDS ends at 6pm, liquids until 7pm. Seems easy to communicate, yet it is nowhere in the restaurant. THIS is your only notice of that, so, you're welcome! Even the server was like: "yeah, it's annoying." Lol.Make it clearer on a piece of paper or in equally bold font on the QR code menu. A high schooler in a web design class could fix that HTML for you.

From Benson, Arizona, my wife has been in Phoenix for the past month for radiation treatments.We decided to treat ourselves out to a wonderful sushi/Chinese restaurant. Service is phenomenal. The drinks are high powered. I must add that they have real wasabi upon request. Not the green stuff mixed with horseradish from a powder that you find in 99% of Chinese restaurants Now we live in Benson, which is about three hours away about one hour from the Mexican border Tucson needs a walk and roll restaurant.

We went for the sushi not knowing they also have a Chinese menu. To be honest the Chinese dishes looked way better. Let's start with our order the miso soup didn't really taste like miso soup more like chicken bouillon flavor. Once we added soy sauce it was more like miso. Also this is a more greasy version of miso. We've been to Japan and have eating sushi cuisine all over the world and this is not the best example of it. The rainbow roll was pedestrian at best nothing sticks out. The salmon poke did have a sweet sauce almost like eel sauce flavor to it. Which was nice. But that's about it. We did not dare order more food. That being said. It's a fun themed restaurant with rock n roll memorabilia all over and cool guitars and basses everywhere. The staff was nice but not as tentative as we would like. They didn't even refill our water once. But kudos for having a great attitude. I don't think we will be back. Hope the Scottsdale location is better. If we do venture we will try the Chinese menu. THE REASON I MENTION WE'VE BEEN TO JAPAN IS SO YOU KNOW WE KNOW WHAT AUTHENTIC SUSHI TASTES LIKE. THERE ARE LOCAL ARIZONA RESTAURANTS THAT TASTE DELICIOUSLY AUTHENTIC. I'm not bragging we've traveled the world. It's a strategic mention that pretains to this review.

how u gonna call "bs" when i paid almost 60 for horrible service u did have a male worker there, that disrespected me and my brother outside your restaurant and for you to say that is weird because there wasn't only one but two male workers that day but the other at the bar was very respectful. i'm not disrespecting you as an owner but letting you know the rude people u have working under and even you as "above" don't know what going on in your restaurants calling bs to cover yourself instead of admitting u don't pay your people enough or even care enough for your customers. i call your bs.

This was the worst service I ever experienced at a restaurant. I understand that it was busy but to come up and take a drink order then come back to let us know they don't have the drink we wanted and walk away to never come back ??? We were there for a good few hours and didn't even bother to ask our end of the table if we wanted food. Most of us our party didn't even receive what we ordered but still got charged. All of this while the party in front of us was getting dishes and drink orders left and right by a different server! So no, not the restaurants fault, just that one server in particular. And on top of that, They even sat random strangers at our table and tried to charge us for them too!Then to get upset when you don't get a tip is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.Managers comment states I had a Shirley temple, I did not drink a Shirley temple. Those were the people part of my party that were helped. THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Treat everyone in the party equally don't pick and choose. (:
