Wok & Teriyaki House

This place used to be great. Food is going downhill. If you don't tip the rude lady at the counter she will make sure her attitude shows you how she feels about you. I feel like spending $17 on a plate of teriyaki is a little high also.

Where do I begin?...... I'm so disappointed. I decided to to go back here after not eating here in 5 years. This place used to be decent. But now it's horrifically disgusting. I went tonight to pick up some Tofu yakisoba. (I have been craving some decent yakisoba for months) picked up the food and got in my car. Immediately I started smelling something that didn't smell like yakisoba and smelt dead wrong. I drive home and against my better judgement decide to taste it..... bad idea the taste was just gross and wrong. It was flavorless but the flavor that was there was gross, I can't describe it. $16 wasted. I under no circumstances recommend this place.

A first!!! Ordered Delivery for dinner. Got an order of Chicken Teriyaki with Steamed Rice, a Chicken Teriyaki with Gyoza and General Tso's Chicken with Steamed Rice as well. Placed the order at 7:10 PM and the ETA was between 8:00 PM - 8:20 PM via GrubHub. The delivery person came at around 7:50 PM, earlier than expected! She left the food order at the front door, a contactless delivery as requested. Very speedy delivery...We received the food in a very timely manner and all of the food tasted great! A couple of things that could have improved are that the teriyaki sauce could be less salty and the General Tso's Chicken could be more spicy next time around. Besides that, the rice was cooked perfectly and the chicken was flavorful and tasty!

I have never had yakisoba that good in my life. I didn't actually know yakisoba could be that good. WOW! You can tell that they used real meat, & my dish (Y4. Pork Yakisoba with fried rice) was so hot it was steaming for several minutes after it was delivered. Portion was HUGE. I actually didn't love the fried rice, but I didn't care whatsoever because I was busy eating my entree. This is my husbands favorite place, & I'm so glad he brought me here to try it.

This is one of my go to teriyaki restaurants when I'm in Auburn. They have great food selections that have tons of flavors, customer service and great sized portions to fill your appetite. I have not been disappointed by this place since coming here a few years ago and also being a recurring customer. Their teriyaki chicken and beef combo are a must try along with any of the fried rice options. Guaranteed! Try something different when you go. Sleeper Pick: If you are looking for a place that serves fantastic wonton soup, look no further than the "MONDU" soup which is their take on wonton soup. Tons of flavor in the broth with 4-6 pieces of wonton and lots of veggies. Give it a try and you will not leave disappointed.

I'm so disappointed in this place. Over the last few years it's gone so far downhill that I don't think that I will be back. Would pass on this place unfortunately unless youre just looking for Mongolian Beef. Everything else here is inconsistent and sometimes inedible. I was reading the other reviews and one stated that the lady asked if she was expecting more people. It's funny cuz she did the exact thing to me! It was just me and my kid and we ordered 2 entrees. I don't think she means it in a rude way- maybe just wants to know if she should bring more silverware. Unfortunately this afternoon we ordered chicken fried rice- it was awful! I had to send it back and ask if they cooked it with fish or shrimp and they said no and remade it and it was still really bad. They also don't serve egg drop soup before your meal anymore. They changed the recipe and it sucks anyways.

Idk how this place got 4 stars but the lady is rude as hell. My husband & I went around 5:40p on a Friday night. Nobody but just a couple dinning. We ordered 3 entry & 1 appetizer. The lady rudely asked "who's eating? Just you two?" Being a plus size women, I felt offended & immediately asked "why? Too many order?" She replied, "yeah is okay I wonder if someone else come". In my defense, I told her the 3rd entree is to go for kids at home. But no, my husband & I like to have options to pick from when eating.Not only she was rude!!! The $15 shrimp yakisoba I ordered only had 4 piece of shrimp & was extremely bland. No type of sauce or flavor. Shrimp was fried with just oil with water & garlic. This is our only 3rd time here & 3rd is enough! Bland food, rude comment by the lady. Over here sits the yakisoba we left. Nasty as heck!!!!

The food is a solid 4 stars. The service was excellent. Their business is very busybody. For a small restaurant they do well. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Portions are large. Well worth a return trip. The Teriyaki Chicken with Orange Chicken fed 3 people.

Best teriyaki place in town hands down ! Highly recommend. They are fast and the food is delicious, service is amazing & easy location to get to
