Shrimp Kow at Wing Hing. This guy's not afraid to eat Chinese at his favorite hole-in-the-wall Asian restaurant.
The egg rolls are pretty big
Shrimp Egg Foo Yung over Noodles with Broccoli and Tea, $8 incl tax and tip.
I'm here once a week. This is Moo Shoo Chicken w/ noodle instead of pancake. Lotta food for $6.50.
Moo Shoo Chicken at my go-to hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant in Roselle. I'm told the plum sauce comes direct from Chinatown :-)
BBQ Pork with Broccoli over Chow Mein Noodles
My own menu item here: Keto-friendly Shrimp Egg Foo Yung & Broccoli. Hole-in-the-wall, but 2 old school bros from Hong Kong the real deal.

We were looking for a dine in Chinese restaurant close to where we were and came across this location. When we pulled up all we saw was a row of chairs and one table... when we stepped inside we saw the 4 booths. The room is bright and there are wooden paneled walls. It is plain but very clean. We ordered the 4 piece pork Egg Foo Young, we asked to substitute the rice for pan fried noodles and we ordered two egg-rolls and two water bottles. It only cost us $15 which is amazing! The food was steaming hot and given to us as take out and they gave us two styrofoam plates and plastic forks. The egg rolls were hot, crispy, and delicious and the egg foo young was prepared perfectly seasoned. The sauce was amazing! We will be back again to try something else! If your in the area and have not dined here, I highly recommend it for take out or dine in. They won't wait on you but you don't have to eat it at home!

My favorite Cantonese restaurant I've been coming here since I was conceived. So here is the run down on how to survive Wing Hing.1) CASH ONLY NO CARDS 2) it's NOT gourmet or fancy restaurant it's ment for affordable quick pickup never takes more than 15mins no matter how large the order and has lots of options. If you want to dine you serve your self silverware(to the right of pickup) and seat. Nice for low key 3) It's extremely affordable compared to its competitors like 8000 miles or silver lake where you pay $30 plus only to get someone else's order or missing items. Seriously nothing at wing hing is $15 dollars and usually includes soy sauce and fortune cookies and sometimes extra rice. I mean you can truly have a buffet for under $25.4) The owners are always open and respectful to go out of way for a little chat. IVE NEVER... I MEAN NEVERRRR GOT THE WRONG ORDER OR ANYTHING MISSING! 5) {SECRET MENU ITEM} -Dollar Noodles you get a huge portion of noodles for a dollar. Good to add stuff or mix with other items.6) {BEST MENU ITEMS} EGG DROP SOUP WILL CURE ANY ILLNESS INCLUDING A COLD, HANGOVER, COVID YOU NAME STRAIGHT GOD NECTAR FOR $2.50. Great appetizers like (12) chicken breast nuggets and get sweet and sour sauce/ Crab Rangoon with soy sauce/ Anything with fried rice/ Beef Kow with veggies etc..7) It's mid like I said it may even be MSG but I'd happily eat this over McDonald's or Taco Bell any day because you can taste the love they put into cooking the food and every time I go in they put a smile on my face like a friend you haven't seen in awhile.

My favorite hole-in-the-wall Chinese joint and a mainstay in Roselle for nearly 20 years now. I appreciate mostly for the value, but surprisingly the food here is as authentic as it can be for the price and quite tasty as well. In fact, I've had better dining experiences here at Wing Hing than other much fancier Asian restaurants in town and in nearby suburbs. Today I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Lunch Special which includes an egg roll and either white or fried rice (your choice) plus hot tea. All this for only $7 which included tax and tip. The meal was prepared to my liking; low salt and medium spicy. Quite good and quite filling.Go there and say hi to the two brothers from Hong Kong running the joint. They're friendly and eager to please. Then explore the menu with 320 items listed (wow) and ask for a pair of chopsticks or just fork it (haha). Either way, dining in or carry-out at this place is easy on the wallet and customers have plenty of choices to mull over.I think Wing Hing is cheap, no-frills Chinese cuisine at its best. I give it four stars out of five. Please note this is a cash only joint.

I haven't had their food in about 5 years, and from what I remember it is good. But today I called in an order for takeout and when I went to pick it up, I was told they only accept cash. I did not have any cash, so I went somewhere else. If they would have told me over the phone they were cash only, I would have happily made a quick stop at an ATM.

Best pork fried rice! Great service. Been enjoying this food for over 40 years at the same location and the food is still the same as in 1985. Great garlic chicken and crab rangoon. Friendly and fast but make sure to bring cash.

Wing Hing is the best Chinese food around! We drive over 35 miles (one way) just to get their food! Not to mention the gentlemen that work there are extremely nice! Highly, highly recommend!

WhT a waste of money I read reviews and more good reviews than bad, so I tried it. But this might be the worst chiness. Ordered orange beef and I got salty beef mixed with chicken did not taste a bit orangey. Fried rice was mushy and oily. Beef Mongolian omg so salty. I had to throw everything in the garbage.
