It took a while for me to discover this place, but it immediately became my go-to wings joint. They have a large menu with a lot more than wings. Great happy hour drink specials too!The bone-in wings are fantastic!! Partly because they're cooked better than other wings places I've tried. I'll take crispier over soggier any day. Their boneless wings are BIG and filling like you wouldn't believe. The buffalo chicken salad is so big it's hard to finish sometimes. The adobaba street tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays are next level. $5 for 3 tacos, and I'd hold their flavor up against any other popular street taco in a heartbeat. Never tried their fish tacos but my girlfriend gives them 2 thumbs up.Jenn never fails to provide great service. She takes the time to get to know your name while she's always taking care of business. From everything that I've seen, she genuinely cares about the customer's experience.I love seeing the retro video games. Never had a problem with bathroom access or cleanliness. Nice spacious dining room and bar area. Anybody near the Rancho San Diego area should definitely check this place out.

Pleasantly surprised at this place tucked away in a strip mall. Was having car work done nearby so stopped in for lunch. Place is spacious and clean. Got the quick combo 5 piece boneless meal. Come with fries or 3 pieces of bread and a reg drink. We got the mild buffalo and the garlic parm sauces. Ranch for dipping (yum) and the friendly gal who works there (Jenn) recommended their house made bleu cheese which was soooo good. My only complaint was the boneless wings were a teensy bit drier than I like. Flavor was good. Food was filling. We will be back.

First time at wing factory. Saw sign for Taco Tuesday and thought wings and tacos? They came out fresh and hot. Look great. One of the ladies taking orders was upbeat and friendly. The other looked and seemed liked some one stole her dog. The tacos were good. Not great. Ambiance was like a sports bar tv all around.

I really loved their salt and pepper wings, they were so juicy and full of flavor. The sauce options are great too, and I love how they're made in house. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese fries are massive and so loaded full of deliciousness. They have an amazingly extensive tap list that goes great with their food offerings.

We enjoy the food here. We mainly come for the wings, which we always call ahead and pick up. My husband prefers the medium and the garlic parm. I like the mango habanero (it's hot!! Get some milk!!) and the medium. We prefer the bone in over boneless. The boneless is good but a lot of breading for us. Always ask for extra ranch or blue cheese - one note, we can't tell the difference between their rancho blue cheese. They are literally the same color!!One thing we wish the would improve - the breadsticks!! They are SO DRY! So the downfall there is not long after eating the wings we are hungry. We go get extra veggies though. Note- a bit on the pricey side. Wings for the 3 of us with veggies and extra sauce and maybe 4 sticks is $60 give or take.

Chanced upon this place while visiting my son at his work. The place is clean and homey. Very relaxing. It has a bar. Music coming from the jukebox. Great sitting. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad and some wings. So so so good! Crispy Lettuce. Fresh Buffalo Chicken with mild sauce on top. Red onions gives the salad the extra flavor!! The wings are plump, not skinny. Juicy up to the last bite! You won't regret eating here. I forgot to take pictures since we were really hungry!

My husband and I arrived 15 minutes after they open on Saturday. The restaurant was empty but once someone saw us they immediately helped us and were very friendly. The restaurant was nice inside. The pros the food was delicious and the service was great. The prices for the food portions were fair. The medium wing sauce bc the best flavor and heat over the mild sauce. The lemon pepper was good. The ranch was awesome! The cons many of the tables were sticky, many tables needed napkins restocked, I think we may have just been there really early before the prep. But I think the food was fantastic and would love to go again!

Wing Factory is bomb Been coming here for some time and it never fails! Buffalo Fries are the best with a refreshing ice cold beer!! I highly recommend Wing Factory.

I had the chicken buffalo fries and they were so good and the portions were more than I can handle. The service was great they helped with every need
