Wilson Patisserie

Wilson's made a beautiful bourbon pecan pie for thanksgiving, delivered it to my door the day before along with Chantilly cream. They are nothing short of spectacular. The pie was delicious, nutty, sweet, with a perfect crust. Thank you so much!

This darling family-run pop-up next to Foley"s ROCKS! Besides coffee, tea, juice and lemonade, they stock a WIDE variety of bakery treats. I can tell a real pastry chef is in the house! We tried...*Chocolate chip cookie - It's as big as my face! This cookie with mild buttery toffee notes has a very tender crumb and contains some huge dark chocolate disks as well as some chips. Great quality chocolate! *Lemon crumble bun isn't a cheap grocery store sticky roll. It's delicate buttery layers are very tender and had just the right amount of sweet lemon curd and a hint of cinnamon to keep me coming back for more! *Raspberry crumble bun also had a melt in your mouth tender texture. The raspberry fulling was mostly pooled in the center at the bottom but I enjoyed the whole berries on top Next time I'm going for the lemon blueberry croissant and a quiche....which look AMAZING!

We bought a couple cookies at the farmers market-- they have a cute little trailer with a selection of baked goods. We got a Snickerdoodle and a ginger cookie. Both were very buttery! The ginger cookie had a buttercream layer between two soft ginger cookies. I would have preferred the ginger cookies on their own.
