I was thrilled to find this spot in the neighborhood. It's a nice change of pace from all the breweries in Ballard. While it looks primarily like a distillery with all the machinery and production materials, they have a wonderful, intimate tasting room/bar in the building as well. It's open Wed- Sun from 4pm- 9pm (taken from website) and they were busy on Friday up until 9pm. They serve flights and cocktails. My partner can't stop raving about the Old Fashion he got a few weeks ago. We stopped by last night and I was similarly blown away. The drinks are superb. Made with their spirits and clearly made with great care and attention. The mixologists/bartenders are friendly and great to engage with. The two we met were busy the entire time but also made time to interact with the visitors. I can't wait to come back and try more drinks. I had the Corpse Reviver No. 2 and it was amazing.

Small little tasting room located in Ballard's brewery district! They're also a distillery so you're back to purchase their product. They have their first location up in Bothell. This is a perfect place for a good and fancy cocktail, and flights. They're known for their gin and I can see why, it was nice and floral, I really liked it. Service was really good, very personal and they know their liquor and product. The mixologists interacts with their customers and it's cool to see them mixing drinks up close. They explained our flight and answered our questions. I enjoyed taking the flights with just the liquor itself and being able to drink it as a mixed drink.

Had been wanting to stop by but since it's winter didn't really feel like going after work. This past Sunday I didn't have anything going on so I decided to walk down from the other side of Ballard. About a 15 minute walk are so for me it chilly out, I started heading over before 4 in hopes that I would get there right at 4 when they opened. I arrived a little early but the door was open and they let me in. I was going to just buy a couple of bottles of gifts but decided to stay and try a non alcoholic cocktail made with their NA gin. Saving the extra star for when I do a tasting. I believe the cost of the tasting goes towards your purchase. Too bad I didn't feel like doing a tasting that day. But what I did have was tasty. The staff was very knowledgeable and great at explaining. I watched as they served tastings to others that came in after me. Very small tasting room only about five seats. Though you can sit in the distillery area though that day it was a little cold even with the door closed. They aren't distilling onsite in Ballard yet but will be soon. I choose to go here cause it was in the neighborhood and had a NA bottle. I picked up the NA Gin and the vodka as gifts for friends. Looking forward to hearing what they think when they give it a try. Will definitely be back for one of the tastings.

Great vibes, awesome bartenders, good cocktails! My only complaint that stops me from coming here occasionally is that they do not have egg whites for whiskey sours. Hoping they add this to the menu soon, absolutely love this place! Highly recommend.
