Good experience overall. Service was kind, fish was fresh. Overall very tasty. My 2 complaints: 1) The shef here tends to go hard on all the sauces so sometimes it's hard to see what you have there under all the layers of the mayonnaise and teriyaki..2) A/C was blading so that we were all freezing and all the hot food got really cold..

Good atmosphere, quick service, large menu. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Gyoza appetizers were hot, delicious and complementary with the dipping sauce. Had the firecracker roll, fantasy roll, and spicy tuna maki. Rolls can vary between $10-$20+. Lunch with two ice teas, taxes, and tip around $75. Just be prepared if you're hungry!

One of our fav date spots - huge fan of the Mongolian beef & also always try something new with it - this time the dynamite shrimp! Exceeded our expectations with quick seating, prompt attentiveness by our server and even our food was delivered relatively fast! Aesthetically the environment is so beautiful, well temperate, enough space between tables, dim lighting, and chill music! Highly recommend a visit!

Great service. Delicious dishes. Creative flavor combinations. We had the jumbo lump crab Rangoon which was excellent. The blue cheese Caesar salad was also great except not enough dressing. The beef benkang (sp?) was fantastic. Very tender chunks of beef in a Thai coconut curry gravy with Himalayan red rice.

Great food and Bret our server was right on with our food orders. We had the sashimi platters and Scottish Salmon. Food was fresh which is key to good sushi. I loved the grilled salmon w/out the sauce. We were too full to order dessert but this restaurant is perfect for any special meal. We will be back and the chef catered to our special food requests! Lovely dinner with our long time friends!

Such a Franklin staple. Consistently good, staff is great and it's always packed (which is the truest sign that it's a good place). Always recommend Wild Ginger.

Did not try any of the sushi items but the Wok entrees Garlic Pepper Shrimp and Honey Sake Shrimp were good. They were crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The bisque was delicious and paired really well with the bread bowl, which was soft and not dry at all. Good casual place to meet with friends or colleagues.

GREAT FOOD..GREAT SERVICE..Great dining experience! It can be a little loud due to the dinning area construction and echo... but the food and service make it one of our favorite places to dine!

I was told this place is the best in Franklin for sushi/sashimi. I walked in to a pasty looking host and he sat me in the lounge after I ask if they had a sushi bar. No one was in there. I got my briefcase sized menu, walked back to the host and pointed to the dining area. There I sat up aganst a full length of glass staring out at Large Koi Pond. The waiter came immediately to take the sashimi and Dynamite Shrimp order. He brought my sashimi plate with fresh salmon and yellowtail arranged nicely except the sashimi was nigeri cuts. After the second one flapping around on my chop sticks my cooked shrimp dish arrived. This place is faster than McDonald's, I thought. I am into a more traditional sushi experience: everything fresh and the cook food delivered after the sashimi- the smell of cooked tempora shrimp overwhelms and interferes with the delicate flavors of raw fish. I asked for the manager when I noticed lots of dried up pieces of shredded diakon. He promply showed up with the same green bow tie and green shirt as he had on when he brought the cooked shrimp dish in all the same fanfare. I showed him pictures I looked up to show him the difference between nigeri vs sashimi cuts. He said it wasn't from their menu and started to explain the difference; I realized this was not going to go anywhere so I thanked him. The waiter never came back to check on me but brought me a check for the over-priced nigeri and excellent shrimp tempora. As I finished my lunch, I looked out over the Koi pond. There were no Koi fish so I left. As I got closer to the front door I pass by the pasty host one last time. I ask, why do you have a Koi pond with no Koi in it? He replies, they wouldn't survive the winter. I said, Yes they would, they are cold blooded. I wished him a great weekend and I walked out the door. As I pulled out the parking lot, I was convinced I experienced the closest thing to extremely tacky service as I had ever come.
