As a follow up to my last review, which discussed the abhorrent response over the phone by Mr. Pearlman at Zeller motors and the multiple problems, I was having with my 2013 Ford Explorer after having taken it in for a simple oil change. I need to add some details about what my mechanic found when he examined my vehicle. The first thing that was noticed was that the mass air filter sensor was left unplugged, which caused some engine warning lights. This, of course could have been a simple mistake. However, since the technician knew that there, were these multiple engine lights, he could have done a simple recheck of the engine compartment. The most confusing, and concerning problem I was having was the trouble with my transmission. As I wrote before, it was at least a quart low on transmission fluid. My mechanic confirmed it and then added a quart of fluid to it and that completely solved my transmission problem. (Hopefully no serious damage was done to my transmission.) Since it had only been a few thousand miles since my previous maintenance, and the fact that I have never in 7 years had any leakage of fluids from my engine or transmission prior to or after Zeller's oil change, it begs the question HOW did a quart of transmission fluid disappear from the transmission. Therefore, it leads me to again question, whether or not Zeller Motors purposely removed a quart from the transmission pan, or in someway, sucked it out of the transmission through the dipstick. Was this sabotage? The only somewhat innocent answer to the missing transmission fluid is that rather than draining the used oil from the pan, they drained transmission fluid by mistake. if that had been the case, you still have to ask why they didn't replace it. And why they checked off the inspection sheet they gave me that the transmission fluid level was good. Therefore, I can't help but suspect sabotage. But you can decide for yourself.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler from Zeller Motors a few months back and I have to say we could not be happier!! I really appreciated the fact that my wife went in alone and was treated with respect, Clay Robbins was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and that relationship has continued since we service our new Jeep at Zeller's. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. It's worth the drive to be treated with respect and know they will find what you are looking for if its not on the lot!

Posted my initial review on 8-24-20......Facts: pictures were correct in showing stick shift, DESCRIPTION of car was wrong. We called TWICE to confirm it was an automatic and was told TWICE it was an automatic. That is why we put a deposit down on the car over the phone. Plus, car was filthy when we were promised it would be detailed....but "oh, we didn't have the staff scheduled to do that". Whatever Wit G.....my review is not the ONLY bad review. Maybe you are new owner, great and good luck! Get YOUR facts straight before YOU respond to a negative review over 1 year AFTER the fact....useless. I'm done wasting my time. Thanks

I tried to buy a car from Zellers. The car I was wanting was "sold" when we got there. Crazy thing is it's still on market place now with even lower price. Will never go back or send anyone I know here . They ran are credit 9 times and that dropped our score quite a bit. We have learned since that they do this to everybody. Never buy a car from these crooks!!!!!!
