Yorktown Estates

My mother lived here. We always paid 6 months in advance. We were paid through August 2019. Called them end of March to tell them my mother was terminal, cancer, did we have any options (they would only release her to assisted living, she couldn't walk) I was told no. My mother passed 4/23/19. I called they didn't care but they made me pay for May and June. Of course they had the money because I prepaid. They called me June 20 to see if I could turn in keys 6/25 even though they charged me through 6/30. I turned my keys in 6/26. I hired a cleaning service to clean their ridiculous list and today received the deposit refund minus 15-20 min per room for "additional cleaning". Seriously even if you die while living there they still want their 2 months of rent plus some. Stay away.
