I purchased a mod yesterday (3/27/23) and was looking at a specific mod (tan leather and shiny chrome) and the young gal was nice and offered another that appeared to be the same but with a matte finish which I would have preferred since matte finishes tend to not look as scratched down the road. Long story short the lighting in the shop played tricks on the eye because it looked matte chrome but when I opened it up at home in good lighting I could clearly see it was not matte chrome but a rose gold colored... not really what a guy like me wants to carry around. I attempted to exchange this mod still being brand new and they wouldn't honor the exchange because "it's a tobacco product". I guess I'm stuck with it because it is "opened" even though it was already opened by the store to put on display, had it come in a sealed package it would be my responsibility to check the package (which clearly shows the color better than even a picture of the device) to make sure it is what I want before opening. So I guess buyer beware but I won't be using their services anymore and would suggest everyone else use due diligence and look around and always look twice especially if a product doesn't come "new" in the box even though you are paying for a new product.BTW I live in the Hutchinson Kansas area but I use a VPN on my home network that's why it says I'm from somewhere else.

I purchased a vape pen for $20 with tax. Got in my car and drove 2 blocks before I tried to smoke. The pen didn't work but was fully charged. No flashing light or anything. I called Yogis and was told There was nothing they could do. Would not let me trade it or refund my money. Wasted $20 plus the trip clear up there and had to spend $18 at a different store. I hadn't been out of Yogis 5 minutes when I called. Very poor customer service!!!

wished I could have picked zero stars but had to hit one to submit this!Horrible managemen! Bought a pod system from them and 2 weeks later juice leaked all into the system and fried the chip took back was told they couldn't do anything without receipt ended up bring it in and box only to be told it was operater error how is it my fault when I never even touched the coil"pre installed" or took tank off until I noticed the leaking. owner did not even look at it was only sent a photo. very upset as it was birthday gift from my husband

Absolutely terrible!!! Do NOT buy from them. I was gone litterally less then 10 minutes and I found out the vape I had was leaking. They made it into my fault. They said I should of tried it before I left. They even admitted that it was broke and leaking. Absolutely no replacing the item or offering a refund!!! I explained that I am not the one that smokes or vapes and I was running errand for a friend to get it for him while he was at work. So NO!!! I'm NOT going to try it before I leave. Then they wanted a picture of the ID of the person I was buying it from!!! I told them I didn't have something like that. Who goes around with a copy of the ID of your friends? So he is out almost 25 dollars that this bussiness will pocket and take advantage of their customer. Well, not a customer anymore. What a ridiculous policy!!! Then they had the audacity to tell me I shouldn't be buying for someone else to begin with. They are absolutely correct. I won't be buying for someone else. For someone else at their store!!! What if you wanted to go buy a gift for a friend? The holiday season is about upon us. Save your time and money and don't buy from this store.
