YMCA of Hutchinson and Reno County

The staff is courteous and do a good job making members feel welcome. This is the only indoor pool in town. Cardio and weights are kept current and there is a large indoor basketball court.

Service is friendly and as fast as it can be. Has a nice basketball court and lap pool. The gym is small, overcrowding during certain times. The biggest thing is the gym equipment is outdated, very unsanitary and falling apart. Loved to swim in the lap pool for exercise but half the time there is no lifeguards. Therefore I revoked my membership at this facility. There are much nicer YMCA's elsewhere, but not in town. For a family pack I do recommend, I can see that being very helpful with activities for kids and the daycare while you workout. For the single person I do not recommend. The value of the single membership is not worth the condition of the gym and lap pool. Maybe with future remodeling the membership will be worth it.
