Xclusive Events

We used Xclusive Events for our company party this year and they did a good job of keeping the drink line down but the watered down drinks they served was trash! I get cutting people off that are over the limit and getting to sloppy. BUT man it was hard to get a buzz. I drank 6 drinks and 2 watered down lemon drops before I realized what was going on and im a light weight. We paid for the unlimited / open bar for each person so it wasn't cheap for 125 people. I was embarrassed when my employees started saying the same thing to drink the can drinks otherwise.... Our party was from 6-10 so it was 9 pm when everyone kinda made the discovery. It explains why the dance floor was bare cause no had the liquid courage that the needed. Do your party a favor and use someone else!​

I visited the Xclusive truck at the Food Trucks at the Fountains event. The two employees who were working the truck were wonderful, so friendly and nice to chat with. I had a few mimosas and they were DELISH! I was grateful that they weren't stingy with the champagne. My boyfriend ordered the Xclusive Lemonade and couldn't stop raving about it!

Xclusive Events bartended our wedding at The Hudson and they were absolutely amazing!!! Their staff was a blast, kept the drinks flowing all night, and always made sure the bridal party had a drink in their hand. Will never use anyone else for our future events. Thanks Xclusive!

We had the pleasure of using Xclusive for the bartending at our reception a few years ago and it was a huge factor in making the party a fun and successful event. The staff was outgoing and engaged with their consumers but still professional and efficient at doing their job. We didn't have to worry about a thing from set up to clean up and our guests loved the variety available and the great service. We've gone to many Xclusive events since then and they are always a big hit with any type of crowd!

My wedding reception was at the Boathouse and I think you're required to used Xclusive for bar tending which was okay with me because I've heard great things about them from lots of people. Cody and Crystal are both very friendly, professional, and prompt with emails and phone calls, and the two bartenders at the reception were upbeat, happy, and also very friendly. Xclusive was also able to include some Mexican beers at no extra charge which was nice because we had an On the Border buffet!The only bump in the road was the lack of a bottle of champagne for toasts at the reception. My quote was misplaced during wedding planning and I was promised a complimentary bottle of champagne for the inconvenience but when it was time for the toasts the very nice male bartender couldn't find it and knew nothing about it. He was able to find a bottle of sparkling wine which was fine but it was warm.We would have been able to bring our own chilled champagne and we would have had we not expected one. Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient to deal with especially minutes before the toasts! Overall though it was a good experience and I would highly recommend.

They were fabulous! The servers and bartenders that worked a party for us were awesome. They kept the guests glasses full and plates cleared. All of the Xclusive folks were well dressed and well groomed. They were a pleasure to work with!

Xclusive Events has done several events at our property. They are always on time, set up when they said they would be, willing to help out other vendors and are one of the easiest vendors we have to work with. They are always friendly to our guests and allow them to have a good time while serving responsibly. We won't work with any other event services. No reason too! Xclusive does it all!
