These guys don't even get back with you, bad business practice. I wouldn't recommend any place that can't even get back with a potential customer, maybe they are going out of business or something who knows.

I discovered Woody's at 25th and Amidon about 3 years ago. Woody's has been my turn to shop for all of my automotive repair needs every since. They just fixed my Saturn Vue. I had a loose wire. I thought it possibly needed a new wiring harness. They hooked up the wire and it runs great now. They could have easily charged me for a new wiring harness and instead fixed it an only charged me the diagnostic fee. They are a very honest and reputable shop. They always get to my car in a timely manner which is important when you're without a ride. I love that they look over your vehicle to see all the repairs it needs but also never pressure you to do the repairs right away. In conclusion I will continue to turn to Woody's for all my automotive needs and recommend them to my friends and family. Good job Woody's!

I was quoted a price by another shop for a repair and heard from a few people that I was being overcharged so I decided to call around a few places and Woody's had the best rate. We hadn't driven the van much because we knew it was leaking oil so the morning I dropped it off the check engine light came on. I asked them to diagnose the check engine light prior to fixing the oil leak in case it needed a larger repair we weren't expecting. I got a call later that morning to let me know the real issue behind my oil leak and the repair ended up being cheaper than I expected! They told me the repair I scheduled did need to be corrected but that it was minor. I appreciate the honesty because I feel the other shop wasn't being honest and I would have been out even more money. They of course did an inspection of the van and recommended repairs/maintenance that should come next. I spoke to Ty during drop off and pick up. He went over everything with me and told me what things on the report were more urgent than others. Office was clean and my van was done the same day. We'll definitely be back for needed repairs and maintenance.

I was so impressed w/the service done on my car. Formerly, Kennedys Tire where I went for a few yrs. They treated me well but John & the mechanics team at Woodys were amazing. I was communicated with throughout the day . I was given an estimate . It was fairly reasonable and once they were done with a brake pad and maintenance and complete check over I felt like I was driving a new car again! Also they offered me a ride home while my car was worked on. That was very cool.

Went downhill. I used to love this place but I'll never go again. They have lied to us several times and repeatedly given our cars back undiagnosed, still charging a fee but claiming the car is fine when it is definitely not.

I've been going to Woody's Automotive North for a few years now. Mainly for routine maintenance and oil changes. They are always willing to work with me on scheduling, and they are good at getting my car in the shop in a timely manner. Excellent service! They will call when they find an issue to talk through recommendations, options, and pricing. Last winter I had a broken window that I needed fixed ASAP, and they were able to get my car in the next day and they called around to find a replacement window so I could have my car back within a couple days of it being broken. I really appreciated their responsiveness and understanding of my situation.Would recommend them to anyone!

Axel was leaking grease bad, took it to have it replaced. It took a little longer than they expected but they let me know with updates along the way. Professional and great to work with.

The compressor on my Chevy Cruze LTZ was replaced May 2019 at Woody's for $756.19. I continued to have my car serviced there with no concern. Then in December 2019 the compressor, thermostat and hose blew while I was driving 70 miles an hour on the highway. The car immediately shut down and had extensive damage. My car was towed to Woody's and I was charged $3,000 for the repair. The compressor was under warranty and replaced. I had just had the car in for regular maintenance before this took place and there had been no concerns reported. I was told by the manager "It happens."

Outstanding auto repair business. Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Just completed a major engine overhaul at this location, extremely satisfied. Highly recommend Woody's over any other repair shop I've used.

I live in Washington state and recently was in Wichita visiting my 90- year-old mother when the windshield wipers on her 1992 car quit working. Scott was super helpful. He found the necessary part and got it installed quickly and at a reasonable price. I feel good that my mother has a trusted place to take her car if she experiences car trouble when I'm not in town for a visit.
