We had always wanted to try this place. Many people had highly recommended it. We decided to try it. Getting here requires walking through the casino. We went in a Friday night and got reservations but don't think we needed them as they were not overly busy but might have just been a slow night. Definitely a little more upscale but not pretentious. Service was great and super friendly. I got 14oz Ribeye Steak Grilled Asparagus and my wife got the Chicken meal. The reason my wife got the chicken was there were no smaller cuts of meat except the Filet Mignon. The food was great. If you want a nice dinner that is a step above for a special occasion perhaps definitely recommend this place.

The food here is top notch. Service was excellent. It is in the casino which makes it easy to go have a nice dinner then entertainment after. Headed back this way in a few weeks and will definitely stop back in.

Our first time here, its been a fantastic experience.Not only was my Ribeye cooked exactly how I ordered it, it was an excellent cut of meat as well. It was marbeled but not fatty. If you're familiar with a good steak, you'll understand this is what a Ribeye SHOULD be, not what they commonly are.Our waiter Jessica was prompt, attentive, kinda and very understanding as we made our way through our courses. She recommended a bottle of wine instead of the two glasses we had ordered and showed us the better value in the bottle. Her wine recommendation was also a perfect pairing for two rich cuts of meat.Not in Kansas often but we'll stop by again for this experience!

Read reviews that the service was poor. We had good service, although it was a little slow. The food was good, but it was priced higher than it needed to be. Nice meal. Just won't be returning often.

Outstanding with a Capital O. This meal could not have been more perfect. Both of us got the surf and turf and it could not have been better. The steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The lobster was exquisite and the asparagus was wonderfully seasoned. The chopped salad was delicious. The service made the experience even better. Derek was attentive but not overbearing. He was there when needed but not when he wasn't. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and would be perfect for a special occasion. I will be going back again soon.

Gave It A Second Chance - BewareWe really liked this place pre-pandemic and hadn't tried it for quite a while. Food quality was always good but the service had been shaky. 3 were dining this time. Initial water and drink service was a bit slow. We ordered salads and some of the dressings weren't served. We waited for quite a while for our entrées to arrive. When we finally flagged down the waitress and pointed out that other people around us had been served the waitress told us the kitchen threw away the ticket. A bit later, she came back and said they had just sold out of the scallops one of us had ordered. Finally we were served only 2 entrées. The 3rd one came out 12 minutes later. Manager really had no explanation of the slow service and mix up. We were there from 7 to 11 (4 hours) and were the last diners in the restaurant. Steaks were over-cooked and service terrible. It will take us a while before we think about going back.

My bestie and I enjoyed a marvelous meal here this evening. We started with a crab cake which had a lucious texture with large lumps of crab. It was accompanied by micro greens, roasted corn salsa and a red pepper sauce. I chose to try the French onion soup which came with gruyere melted atop a full slice of bread. I would suggest smaller pieces of toasted bread as my preference. The soup was tasty, and the cheese was nicely melted with some "chew". I ordered their "mini mignons, which were 3 bacon-wrapped small filets (I would have been happy with two). I ordered them medium rare+ and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. These were accompanied by some small roasted potatoes and a delicious mushroom demi glaze. My friend loves a ribeye. She ordered hers medium-well and claimed it to be perfect. Along with her order came 1 side. Her baked potato was huge and is normally "loaded" but she chose to have only butter and could not partake of more than 1/2 due to the size. Our entrees were accompanied by a fresh loaf of bread with balls of butter. For dessert, we ordered creme brulee. The custard was smooth and notably flavored with vanilla bean. The sugar topping was browned perfectly, along with the perfect "crack". We were efficiently greeted by our hostess and taken to a nice table for two. She provided us with our menus, and told us our server would be with us soon. Our server was excellent! Dressed as Alice in Wonderland, since it was Halloween, she was efficient, friendly and attentive. A manager made the rounds of tables, and explained the new mignons and the use of Creekstone Farms beef. Not one complaint here!!

Went for a dinner birthday party last night. I will start with the ambiance was very nice so my expectation was a bit high. The server and hostess were very personable. Where it fell short was the food was horrible. Ordered the calamari and it was fried so hard all you tasted was burnt grease. I don't even remember seeing calamari! It reminded me of the crunchies you get at long John silvers but those at least have flavor. Then they were out of pasta, out of scallops so I reverted to the 27.00 frenched chicken breast with brussel sprouts. The chicken was smaller than the palm of my hand and dry, the brussel sprouts were cold but edible unlike the chicken. For as pricey as this place was I expected so much more I will not be back! I can't believe I had a 27.00 small plate of sprouts. The other guests we were with were satisfied with the steak, short ribs bread and burgers.

Bread was very hard and not very warm. I'd give it a C. The steak was flavored very nice and it was good, just not sure it was as good as the price though it was. Onion rings had a thick batter with a herb like flavor in it. I did not care for them. The water was good. I probably would rather go to other steak places- Murdocks is better in my opinion.
