Do NOT move in here! This place doesn't even deserve one star! They NEVER fix anything that you ask them to fix, our hot water heater went out THREE times in the middle of winter and they REFUSED to fix it properly. TWO of the buildings were CONDEMNED until just a few months ago, they STILL haven't fixed all the damage caused by a wind storm that occurred a freaking year ago! And they claim to have security that monitors the premises but in the 2 and a half years that I lived there (unhappily) I never once saw any security! The "gym" consists of a treadmill and a broken bicycle, the "pool" is disgusting and isn't even open most of the summer and the free wifi is a freaking joke! The laundry facility is so dirty your clothes were probably cleaner BEFORE putting them in the wash! Please, take my advice-all they want to do here is scam you! This is how badly they want to scam you-after moving out, they wanted to charge us to replace all of the light bulbs-because we had the energy efficient ones in and they wanted to replace them with standard!!! They don't take care of you while you're there either, when I called to complain that a male(I am a female and was home alone at night at the time) neighbor was blaring loud music so loudly that my walls and floor was literally shaking, they didn't send any maintenance men to ask them to turn it down, they didn't call, they did absolutely NOTHING! The appliances inside the apartment are so old the dishwasher doesn't do anything towards actually cleaning the dishes. The parking is TERRIBLE, the grass in NEVER mowed! My poor dog stands about a foot and a half tall and the grass was literally so tall that I couldn't even see the bottom HALF of his body. They claim to have a 25 pound pet limit but the maintenance worker that lives in the apartment above our old one had a HUGE dog that weighed at least 80 lbs, yet they tried to argue with me when I got my Jack Russell Terrier that "isn't that a pit bull?" Also, as if you didn't need any more of a reason to NOT move into this DUMP-- it will cost you an arm and a leg to heat and cool! Why it should cost $250 just to heat a small 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor is beyond me!

I'm consistently surprised by how terrible the apartments and staff are here. They refuse to fix anything outside of easy, cosmetic problems. Which does *not* include the air conditioner we went the summer without. They're uncooperative, uncommunicative unless it's of some direct benefit to them- and it's been consistently of no direct benefit to them to inform their residents of various painting/exterior work. Which means we've woken up to, at best, having our balcony closed off, but at worst, having the hallway and apartment be completely saturated with paint smell. I strongly recommend living virtually anywhere else.
