Disappointed in Dr. Zachariah ... after having kidney surgery the patient ended up in ER several days later from kidney pain. The ER staff contacted Dr Zachariah's office and was told he wanted to see the patient the next day for a follow up CT scan and possibly surgery so should be fasting and ready. Went to the appointment which was just a office visit (so no fasting was necessary) the patient was told he needed to return the following week for the CT scan. Surgery was then scheduled. The patient showed up on time and the doctor was an hour later than the time he scheduled, over hearing the conversation the doctor had with the hospital staff, it was apparent it was just poor scheduling on his part -not a medical emergency (which would be understandable). He might be an ok doctor, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the full scope of what is expected of a care professional.

Dr. Nabbout is the best there is! Had vasectomy surgery today and everything went amazing. Between him and the nurse the conversation to keep me distracted I am very pleased. If you have the option to pick a doctor to perform your surgery. Ask for Dr Nabbout and his nurse Amber.

Expect a wait of 1-2 hours past your appointment time. Don't call in to find out if dr is on time, " We don't like you to do that. If dr catches up then you will lose your appointment. "This office doesn't respect patients' their families' or care team's time. I gave 2 stars because I would rate dr 2 stars, nurse 4 stars, office schedulers -1.

I could not ask for more compassionate care from Dr Joudi and his amazing nurses. They are such a kind and caring team. Dr. Joudi helped ease my wife's anxiety about my cancer and stayed as long as she had questions. His nursing staff is the very best of the best and are always quick to take our calls and questions. Thank you to all of them for taking something difficult and scary and enabling me to fight my cancer with courage.

Recently moved to the Wichita area from NC. I am nearing the end of hormonal and radiation treatment for aggressive prostate cancer. Took in my medications. Took in urologist and radiation treatment records for the past four years. Dr. Richardson was complete and efficient in reviewing my medical record. Quickly renewed three scripts. Planned for and scheduled the next treatment. Dr. Richardson and Wichita Urology are both truly "keepers." I am most impressed and pleased!Carl Broadhurst

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.Trying to get in contact with the nursing or physician staff is impossible.Waiting for a return call for 5 days at this point, for complications after kidney stone removal surgery, that I was instructed to call ASAP if I was experiencing.I've called and left messages 3x with specifics, even telling the receptionist, I just need advice on if you can see me or if I need to go to the ER.All the receptionist said "I see you called previously, the nurse is just probably busy and hasn't gotten to it, I'll send another message"Ended up going back to the ER to be taken care of.Do better.

Deceitful billing practice. We were quoted ~$700 for an elective vasectomy only to be notified the day before the procedure that a full amount of $1900-$2100 would be due at the appointment. When we spoke with multiple members of the front desk and billing we were told different stories that our "appointment was scheduled wrong", the additional charges were "facility fees", "given an incorrect estimate" etc. We were also promised a return call from the clinical manager that we never received. We cancelled the appointment and will go elsewhere. Complaint filed with Better Business Bureau.

We absolutely loved Fadi N. Joudi, MD, FACS, MD, FACS. My husband had kidney cancer. Fadi N. Joudi performed the surgery and my husband recovered quickly and is now healthy. Fadi N. Joudi bed side manner and kind and caring mannerism's put us at ease, I could not recommended a better surgeon.

The only reason this business is receiving 2 stars, maybe because I had a good visit with the Dr. However, after he recommended a blood sample to further his evaluation, they drew my blood the first time, after 10 days without a call from the office, I called and was notified that they lost the sample and it was not good. I returned and it has been 2 weeks since then... they haven't returned again!! It's hard to speak with someone that can take responsibility for the bad business. Btw, one thing the office I'd diligent is the billing... they've received the money charged already! Very amateurish!!
