Wichita Tree Service

The tree company returned several week later and fill the ruts with dirt and scattered grass seed. I am pleased they followed through. Disappointed it took them so long.

Great company! Local own remove a big menacing tree from our backyard at reasonable price.

I had one dead large maple to be removed, and another maple to be pruned. I requested estimates from 3 tree services. Robert was the quickest to respond. It was 3 days total between my initial call and when the work was finished. All 3 estimates were similar in cost. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. The pruned tree still looks very nice and it retained a beautiful shape. I am more than satisfied. : )

Robert was very prompt on getting us a quote. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. We definitely recommend Robert and his crew.

I was torn between rating Wichita Tree Service a 3 or a 4. So call this a 3.5.The actual tree removal itself merited a 5. The team did a great job of taking down a tree that was located in a somewhat tricky position. Both the estimator who came out and the removal team themselves were very professional. The quoted price was reasonable.However, it took repeated calls to get folks to come out to grind the stump (8 days after the tree was cut down) and remove the mulch (8 days after the grinding). The major problem (and why I considered a rating of 3) is that, after a two week dry period, they finally showed up to remove the mulch the day after it had rained. Their vehicle left tracks in the yard and tore up the grass in a couple of places. So I've got that to deal with.

Big limbs fell down off the Birch tree. Quick to show up. Finished in a flash. They are thre best in our book. All for a very reasonable price.

These guys are great! Showed up when they said, did what we agreed upon, cleaned up the mess before they left. Very professional. They removed a tree which had lost a large limb, landing on my fence. As they said when they arrived, this wasn't a Bradford, this was THE BRADFORD! Filled their grapple truck and came back for more. Then brought in their stump grinder to finish the job. The crew worked well together. All this and in less than a day. Highly recommended!

**UPDATE**Robert contacted me that evening explaining the cycle of events. Robert made sure that we were satisfied as customers to Wichita Tree Service. The gentleman who treated our tree was very nice and efficient. So would I recommend Wichita Tree Service-yes I would.This is a review on Wichita Tree Service. i called on a Friday to schedule an iron injection on my oak. It was the Labor Day weekend so they scheduled it for Tuesday And advised that there were 2 injections before us. Well I waited all day Tuesday, left my gate unlocked so they could come and go-no one came. So I called WTS and spoke to a nice lady who explained that he had quite a few stops to make. She advised that he would come on Wednesday. Waited all day again, left the gate unlocked-no one. Spoke to the lady again, she apologized and I asked to speak with the owner, Robert. He advised that they have a long list and can't tell people when they will be there. Then proceeded with, we had saws stolen, credit card fraud etc... I don't do good with excuses. I canceled the service. I'm so disappointed, the reviews were awesome-what happened??? If they had told me it would be several days, that would have been fine.

Great job in removing trees and in trimming other trees. Removed all cut branches. Have used them a couple of times. Highly recommend.
