I bought a deal through Dealsaver.com. The promotion says "spotless reputation" and also "Customer Satisfaction is a hallmark of Wichita Maid Service.".While they did an acceptable job cleaniing, the customer service was horrible from the owner. Apparently it was wrong of me to expect the oven to be cleaned. I was told "I should have read the fine print!" which did NOT mention oven. I was also charged an upcharge of $60 for a "move out" clean of the house. Why on earth would I think that did NOT include the oven? Again, excuses. That is all I got for my customer service was a bunch of reasons why it was not their fault and completely MY fault for not asking for the oven to be cleaned....My experience is that customer service is easy when there is no problem, but when there was a problem, they were NOT even close to the caring company they spout about in their cliche advertising. But, I did learn, it was all my fault for not specifically requesting the oven be cleaned, even after the extra charge! My bad..............
