Nice facility in Wichita for hoops. Visiting for a tournament and well run and clean.

Very nice, basic facility. Good lighting, nice score boards and real wood floors. The restrooms are at the far end of the facility. The concession stand offers basic food and drink options. It takes most major credit cards and cash. This place is in the middle of nowhere so there is no cell service. It doesn't matter what company you use. So, the owner charges a lot to access Wi-Fi.Parking is insufficient so many have to park on the dirt field across the street. It is very muddy on moist days.If you are able to find a spot in the parking lot, it is concrete and very well-maintained.

Facility is poorly run. Bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper more than once. Water fountains out of order. When issues were reported to the front desk, they shared there was one person running janitorial for a facility with 10 courts. If you are charging $18/day/spectator, I expect toilet paper. And soap.

Where do I begin??!! How this facility is selected to host large, major events is beyond me as well as many others. It's horribly managed, ticket prices are absurd especially when there's insufficient space & seating, restrooms aren't maintained AT ALL - it's just an example where the families & supporters of the players/teams who play there feel like they've been scammed big time, no other way to put it. The sports organizations need to boycott this place until they make major changes!!!

Just played a tournament here. Food prices are we ridiculous. We had one referee who walked up and down the court with his hands in his pockets watching the game on the next court ~ this happened on every game that I watched that he was refereeing. Spoke with someone in charged and he wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to him. Bathrooms are terrible. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Out in the middle of nowhere. Not enough parking. Hallway not large enough to handle crowds between games. Restrooms not maintained. No cell service. AC not working well - players were overheating and it's not even that hot yet - not the first year this has been an issue. I absolutely dread it when my girls have to play here.

We were there recently for a state basketball tournament. The courts are great (scoreboards, floors, player benches). The restroom was dirty most of the times I was in there and was frequently out of toilet paper. Additionally, at various times over the course of the weekend, some of the bathroom stalls and water fountains had out of order signs on them. Parking is a nightmare as well. The facilities manager was also extremely rude when I let her know that the restrooms were not properly stocked. There is absolutely no cell signal in the building and they expect you to go without or pay a fee for use of their WIFI.

My son was playing in a tournament here this past weekend, had to pay $30 dollars (my girl and I together) to get in the 1st day. Cool, understandable. Used the ATM right there at the entrance. Got a blue bracelet to show I paid. Then showed up the next day of the tournament and had to pay again lmao. Only this time the ATM is broken so we had to leave, go to a gas station, and pay $30 just to miss most of the game. Not only that, one parents son who also paid $15 to get in to watch his little brother, got asked to go work the table (clock, stats, etc) which is more odd to me than the fact that we all had to pay twice for a tournament.

Went for a tournament, the parking was horrible, I had to park at the end of the block or across the street in the muddy field, not enough places to sit and I cannot get phone service anytime when in the building. You really need to consider a satellite or something for this issue.
