I found the $95 service call to be too high. The technician was very nice, but as I stood with him looking at the humidifier, he broke the dampener switch. He did manage to find a replacement that fit, but then he charged me for the part he broke. My final bill was $225 including the $96 part that I originally needed and the $34 replacement for the part they broke and the 20 minutes he actually spent working on my furnace; but yeah, the technician was informative and friendly. They were here just yesterday, so I can't say whether or not the repair was good. We'll probably call someone else next time.
