Wow, what a great experience! We came in looking for an electronic recliner. Our sales person guided us through the store and worked with us tirelessly. The prices we saw were very competitive with the other store we visited. We felt like we got a lot for the money.The sales manager was very pleasant as was the person that aided us with the financing. I would definitely shop here again should the need arise.

Just moved from California to Kansas. Went to purchase new furniture for my new home and was helped by Eric. He's very nice and friendly but when you go to the checkout counter Carolina was not friendly at all. She's rude and doesn't even smile at the customers doesn't have good customer service either. I almost wanted to cancel my order because of her. Few weeks after purchasing my order I called and she answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes. All I wanted to do was add something to my order and apparently she couldn't help me. She claimed that only Eric could help since he's the one that helped me the first time. It's been a month and I barely got a message back from Eric. Carolina even gave Eric the wrong info of what I wanted to add to my order. So when purchasing from this place try not to deal with Carolina she's not friendly at all. She needs some customer service classes.

After explaining to the "top salesman" multiple times we were there for barstools and nothing more he continuously hounded and pushed about multiple other products on two separate occasions. Even weirdly offering to "push the little guy around the store while you two think about it". Not letting some stranger who has no boundaries be alone with our infant. We come back a second time and it's the same story. We finally felt so broken down and defeated and ended purchasing more than just barstools. There was no getting away from this guy. We SPECIFICALLY picked out two nightstands that had wireless charging capabilities on the edge. Even had the sticker on it promoting it so the wife and I BOTH had tested to make sure it would function with our phones. It did. We loved the feature and the "top salesman" even mentioned how cool of a feature it was. I'm in a shoulder sling from surgery and have a prosthetic, I get tired of chasing down a charging cord from the floor or side of the nightstand. Made that point very clear. I get the nightstands, get them put together and plug them in. Guess what it doesn't have? Wireless charging capability. I've gone round and round with these people MULTIPLE times and even proved the point by going in the store and pulling the sticker advertisement OFF OF THE EXACT NIGHTSTANDS WE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR and showed the manager. They ALL stuck to their guns and with the sticker in hand lied directly to our faces saying it doesn't have that option. Nothing but a bunch of narcissistic employees there who do nothing but push and shove until you've spent $6k and then feed you lines of crap about being family and all that crap. Now after waiting two weeks for our barstools that we originally came in for, we have tried multiple times to get the scheduling figured out for delivery bc they're wanting to deliver first thing in the morning and that doesn't work with our schedule. But they want to say if we want to PAY A FEE!!, then they can change the delivery time/date. Told them to cancel the delivery and we would pick them up in person. These people didn't even cancel the delivery like we asked and now the delivery folks have left us a voicemail saying they will be here between 10-10:30 to deliver them and we need to "make a clear path". God awful service through and through. I'll NEVER get anything from these people EVER again. What a terrible experience. Thanks managers and "top salesman".
