Treated a family member so poorly in front of me. I absolutely would never bank here. It was out of nowhere, no late charges etc etc. just horrible service and very passive aggressive ladies on the east side.

I am extremely upset about a payment that was incorrectly applied to my car note. At the beginning of March, we sent in our payments for our car. They were sent in different envelopes with separate pay stubs and separate money orders. It should have been clear to ANY moron who could read English that the TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE PAYMENTS were to be credited for the separate due dates. Unfortunately for us, the person who processed those payments was not your average moron. This person must be a special breed of moron who does not understand that some clients like to pay in advance, but NOT make double payments. We were forced to make ANOTHER payment today to bring the balance up to current. This is completely inappropriate. There should have been some way to fix the incorrectly applied payment, but the absolutely "brilliant" person that we dealt with today could not be bothered to fix YOUR COMPANY'S ERROR. We did not make the payment late. We actually made the payment very early. Finally, your credit union is quite possibly the WORST financial institution with which I have ever had the distinct misfortune of dealing. I can GUARANTEE that my husband and I will NEVER allow business of any kind to go through your company, and I will also ensure that I post this in as many places as possible to ensure that others are aware that you all do not do what you can to serve your customers. You act like you are doing us a favor by being there for us. You seem to have forgotten that the REASON ALL businesses are in businesses are to SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Customers are the reason you are able to stay open. Without loyal customers, you would not even have a business. I do hope you have a good day, and I hope that others treat you better than you have treated my father-in-law for, once again, YOUR COMPANY'S MISTAKE.
