I took my car here because of a hit-and-run accident. After two delays for different reasons, I was finally told that my car would be ready "Friday or Monday". On Tuesday it still wasn't ready, although I had been without my car for a month. I was told that it would "probably" be done the following day. When I called about it the next day, I still was put off a couple more hours. When finally I was told to come in and the car was to be picked up, I was told that I could not use my credit card due to technical problems. However, a sign hanging up even indicates that cash customers do not pay tax. When I got my car, the air conditioning did not work. Let it be noted that the recently serviced AC was working up until and even after the accident. I had even driven the car for several days afterward before taking it in. The shop manager, Blake, insisted that they had not unhooked anything and only offered to try to get my insurance company to pay for a new compressor, (without even checking to see what was wrong). I declined and took my car elsewhere, where it was found that it simply needed freon, which had been let out. Also found was a broken cable to keep my hood shut which will now cost me over $300.00 on top of the A/C service. However, the icing on the cake was the styrofoam cup filled with random spare parts that had been left under the hood of the car that was found at the other shop.
