Great establishment with a couple of locations in Wichita. When I stop by here to see family or friends this place is near the top of where to get together at. Stopped by for lunch and tried the special. Pretty good value for $10 with a pizza and a side. On my salad I would have preferred it a little lighter on the dressing. For my pizza I got the sweet heat carnivore and wasn't let down. Great amount of toppings. Pizza was a little more on the sweet than heat side but still very enjoyable. Drink wise I had their sour ipa and their pumpkin ale. The sour ipa was a great take on two of my favorite type of beers. The pumpkin ale was much better than expected. They add a pumpkin pie spice on the rim like you see on margaritas. Each visit here continues to impress

I travel a lot and when I'm in another city, I like to go to local eateries. This place received high marks, but I have to say I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered the Sweet Heat Carnivore pizza with the hot sauce and honey on the side because I knew I wouldn't be able to eat the entire thing. The hot sauce was very hot, so if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, be aware. The carnivore part of the pizza was very wimpy- not at all like the photo provided on yelp, so I've included my own. I ate a slice and a half- it was not amazing. The local 502 Amber is good however, and I had two of those. The place was hopping at 6pm so I sat at the bar. Lots of young locals. My server was great but she couldn't make up for the not so great food so I doubt I'd visit again.

We had dinner at Wichita Brewing Co for the first time tonight. I am not a pizza person usually because I'm not a red sauce and ton of crust person. This place has the EXACT pizza I actually like!! I was so thrilled when we saw pizza on other tables with thin crispy crust. There were multiple pizzas I could try that didn't have red sauce on them. We also got the beer cheese dip and it was freaking fantastic. Our drinks were never empty. Our server was quick and when I asked a super weird question gave an awesome answer. HIGHLY recommend.

We stopped for a few beers and pizza. Good atmosphere even as it got crowded. Very good service and good selection of beers with me enjoying the hoppier while my wife had the porter. After cribbage, the Bianca pizza was tasty along with a huge salad. Go back in a heartbeat..

The entire menu is solid! Great selection of choices and not a disappointment in the bunch. Flavor is always on point. The pizzas are great.Service is about as you'd expect.
