The store owner assisted our daughter in the dressing room. If you go to this store, assist your family member. That way you can detect any flaws in the dress that may be hidden. We picked up the dress 2 days after our visit. We left in the provided black bag until 3 weeks before the wedding for the fitting. Top eye of the hook missing so dress could not be zipped. Top button about to fall off. Contacted store owner on Facebook. She blocked me after our chat and my review there. Received this message from her with no further solution: "When you buy, sign and pick up the dress, it is your responsibility after that.... Also you signed a paper that said all sales are final." Have heard of "no service after the sale" - guess that applies here sadly. Now when my daughter walks down the isle, it will be hard to get this store's stern lack of help out of my mind. There was a very similar dress in Wichita at David's. They were all over the customer service there. Right dress, wrong store. No help after the sale. Also strangely, this store owner suggested we pay in cash. I missed all the red flags. Hopefully we can ignore all this and our daughter will have a wonderful day. Meanwhile, I'm stuck figuring out how to fix this dress. Wedding is in 2 weeks and 5 days.

The cutest little shop with the absolute sweetest owners! More people need to know about this place! It's private one bride at a time and gave my best friend the best experience! They have a great selection, options to customize and fit all different budgets and price ranges! Even if she dosent get her dress here I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!
