I want to express my appreciation for the integrity that Westlink Auto provides in their service. I brought my vehicle for diagnostic and cost quotes and unfortunately ran into some miscommunications regarding the anticipated work with the service manager. In turn this left me feeling misled. As a female customer, it can be daunting to approach major automotive undertakings and when I expressed my concern about the experience, Mike demonstrated the highest level of integrity and expressed his regret for the miscommunication. In many other service experiences, I've come across businesses and employees that will deny and gaslight customers to defend their errors. I am incredibly grateful for the honesty and decency that Westlink Auto Service provides and despite the mishap, I will be returning to this shop for all my future service needs.

Traveling during the holidays and our transmission was giving us fits. We found Westlink as one of the few places open on a Saturday. Doug and the guys quickly diagnose our issue, which allowed us to make some big decisions about fixing or trading our van. Never fun dealing with this type of thing while away from home and during a holiday. Westlink made the entire episode that much easier. Excellent service, courteous service and reasonable costs.

I had a lot of work done here recently. They were very busy so it took a couple weeks to get an appointment but once it was in, they cleaned up all the errors lights my ex-wife had created and the dealership said they had fixed but wasn't really fixed since they kept coming back. After Westlink Auto Service fixed it they stayed fixed. The only exception was a tire gage light that I called them about and brought it back and they said the sensors were spotty and asked if I wanted to just replace them. I did and that error cleared up as well. I'm very satisfied with the price, service and the outcome. After fighting the dealer for years on some of the errors I had it was refreshing to have things fixed.

Highly recommended location for honest auto repairs and tire sales. I have been doing business with Doug at Westlink for years, and have never been disappointed, nor felt like they overcharged for the work performed. I have taken several vehicles there for a range of services including routine OLF. A nice inviting lobby, and easy to schedule work with them. They also occasionally will do restoration work on older vehicles, such as a Dodge Ramcharger that I own and took there. Very much recommend this business.

Hands down the best auto repair shop I have experienced. Honest and friendly. I had work done here for $360 that was estimated at over $3,000 at All-American Automotive.

I brought my Jeep in for service. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my work schedule. They explained the problem fully so I could really understand what the issue was. Their rates are fair. Very easy to do business with.

My family has been going to Westlink Auto Service for years. Mike has consistently done a great job for a fair price. Your car will be ready when promised and Mike always has a kind word as well. You can trust Mike and Doug. What could be better?

Dealt with these people about a year ago.Brought in my vehicle to get a quote on work I was considering contracting out. Given, it was a big job, and would have come out to FAR more than the value of the vehicle. So I did the one item I didn't feel like doing myself.I had them do the pinion seal of our truck. The rest I took care of. While their shop-rate is about par for the local area, be wary of them screwing you on parts. They quoted me $30 for a seal. I picked up a Timken seal for $8. They quoted me 3 bottles of synthetic gear oil for $21 EACH. This was an old 4-cylinder truck with an open-diff. It doesn't need almost $70 of gear oil when $20 for 80-90W conventional is fine. I paid them to do the job, and brought my own parts and fluid. "We can't warranty our work." Fine, because I was leaving town anyway. And the damn thing is, after a month, the seal began leaking again. Long and short, they're going to try and rip you off on parts. And be skeptical about them doing pretty easy jobs. Best advice, find another shop.
