My dog has been coming to this clinic pretty much daily for the last year. She receives all of her medical care here and attends doggy daycare. She is loved and cared for by the staff. They always greet both of us in a positive, caring way. They are all very down to earth people who love animals. I'm so thankful my pup has somewhere safe and fun for her to play all day while I work. The grooming services are also amazing!

This vet clinic fit my male cat in for an emergency appointment and when we got there Dr Greg spent less than 2 minutes with us. Didn't take my cats's weight or temp and proceeded to tell me I should put my cat down. When I asked him if he would do anything to give my cat some relief while I made the decision of what to do next he said no and sent me and my clearly in pain cat home. Thankfully I didn't not listen to this vet and took him somewhere else after. He was seen and had a minor surgery. After changing his food he is know healthy and back to his normal self. I will never recommend this vet. If I had listened to him my cat would be dead for no reason at all other than this vet is too lazy to do his job.

The previous owner of our dog used this clinic. When we called to have his records faxed to our vet, they said we would need to pay $5, come in to sign a medical release form and schedule an appointment with the vet and the vet had left for the day @10am. That's more than what I have to do to transfer my own medical records! Thank goodness the previous owner kept his receipt from his last visit. She was able to take a picture and send it to me.

I brought my male cat in to be checked and to schedule an appointment to be neutered and luckily the doctor was able to get him in today and was very informative on all of my questions. Everyone there was super friendly and kind on the phone and in person. My sister in law also goes there and has told me of her great experiences. They also have very fair pricing, would highly recommended!

If you'd rather not have your dog roughed up and dragged by his neck by the horrible vet techs here when he's SICK AND SCARED, then I DONT recommend this place at all. Vet took less than 2 minutes to come out and say my dog was a "horrible patient" and that he couldn't do anything for him. Well hmmm let's see I'm sure the way in which he was handled in front of me and who knows how he was treated out of eyesight had a lot to do with his "being a horrible patient". Then the vet said he could just give him a couple shots of anti nausea and antibiotics without even examining him, I'm sure just so the visit would at least be profitable for him. He then refused to take any responsibility for the way my dog was treated, instead blaming it on my dogs loose collar??

I was excited to use this clinic for boarding my dog while I was away this week. It was close, had good reviews, and I knew they had experience with her breed. When making her boarding reservations I was told I could pick her up on Saturday. Half way through the week I was called and told that they would be closed Saturday. Gloria the girl who called me then nicely suggested she could still come in to discharge my dog to me on Saturday. I don't even let her pick the time most convenient to her since I knew I would be getting in, in the middle of the night but had nothing to do Saturday. When I got there to pick up my dog she was very rude. There was an issue with the card system denying my card when she ran it. I told her I knew the money was there but offered to go get cash. She ran it again and still didn't go through. When I offered again to go get cash she stated she didn't want to be there that long because it was her only Saturday off in two months. (Which I understand but I had made arrangements to pick up my dog on Saturday when the reservation was set) She then suggests she can run it manually and stated she just didn't want to because it takes longer to process sometimes. It went through and she got me my dog. Which is the real reason for the one star. She came to me with feces covering her feet, up her leg, and on her back. I am understanding to the fact they might not be let out as much as at home but handing them back to their owner covered in their waste is rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed overall. Between the poop covered dog and Gloria's rude service I will not be using this clinic again.They also responded to review on Google about running a bad card. The card she ran was the same each time but went through when she ran it manually. It was their system not my card. Also I would never call it "bending over backwards" to make arrangements for me to pick up my dog on the set day I had given to pick her up when I made her reservation for boarding because they decided to close. From what I see they disregard any and all bad reviews posting unnecessary information about clients personal information very unprofessional. Would give zero stars but that's not possible.

Dr. Greg and his staff have always been polite and informative. I have been going there for many years and they have been there through the complete life cycles of many of my beloved pets. They have been compassionate, treated them well and gone out of their way to keep me informed on their health and any necessary procedures. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

On thanksgiving, my dog, a 20lb sheltie, crossed over into a neighbors yard and was attacked by a German shepherd. My dogs fault, I understand, however, when taking her to this clinic, there was only one major bite mark, so he cleaned it, put two staples in it, called it good. When I repeatedly told the entire staff she was thrown around like a rag doll, I knew there was more damage done than what he had remotely touched base on. A week later, she has a massive abscess form from her elbow to her spine where all the skin in between had been infected and died off. When taking her to another vet to find out this information and calling Dr. Greg he told us he did what he could do and to take our problems somewhere else. Not saying I don't trust his education or abilities, but I would recommend going to get a second opinion or another vet, as I do not believe this situation was handled properly, nor was his professionalism. Pictures will be posted of what Dr.Greg did with his two staples, vs what the other vet had to do to salvage her infection and not get any worse. The first is the initial bite, that he said was all he saw. The next are the two staples he put in on that Friday after thanksgiving. The next is from today when the other vet figured out there were 6 more puncture wounds, infected, that were NEVER cleaned, resulting in her surgery today. When he said that was all he could do, and we could take our problems somewhere else, and said he would call the other vet, which he didn't, I believe he knew he was in the wrong. I knew in my gut not to take her to him on Friday, but she needed to be evaluated, and now I know not to go there ever again.

After using Dr Greg for 8 years, we lost confidence and received horrible customer service with a total communication breakdown. The staff was very defensive and uncooperative when we requested medical records for a consultation. We were told different things every time we talked to someone and had charges that were not stated and unreasonable timeframes for getting the records. Finally we asked to pick up the records because our appointment was coming up and stated we would be back the next day. When we arrived we were told they had been sent, no explanation as to why when we had said we would pick them up to ensure they were available for our appointment. We are deeply disappointed at the defensive attitude and the unwillingness to talk with us and work with us. We had no choice but to end our relationship.
