West Wichita Family Physicians

My daughter went to West Wichita Walk in with complaints of an extremely sore throat, swelling and struggling to swallow, her face was swollen. Her throat was so bad they struggled to understand her. They sent her out with two scripts that she was unable to take because she couldn't swallow. Less than an hour later I took her to the ER. She had an abscess tonsil!!! They had to drain it in the ER. She listed her pain level at a 10! What a waste of time and money at West Wichita walk in clinic.

I've had reoccurring back pain for years. Yesterday I went to my primary care doctor at another location & she handed me a pamphlet of stretches to do. I wanted a second opinion & right away i was ordered an x-ray and given proper medication for pain management. I was recommended for an MRI to find out what was wrong. I felt very taken care of and the staff was really concerned about my wellbeing. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. In the past, I had never had a doctor take me as seriously as the one I saw today. I am very satisfied with my visit and am finally feeling relief after weeks of constant pain.

Before going today, I read some bad reviews so was very skeptical about going there. Read the front desk ladies were rude. This was far from my experience. All were very nice & got in & out in less than 45 minutes. Received good care from the nurses & Dr. no complaints whatsoever!
