My daughter had to bowl here for KSHAA regional tournament and it was awful! There was WATER on the foul line and when they asked the alley to help them out, they refused. It ruined their shoes and caused my daughter to slip and fall. She could have been badly injured! After the teams shoes were ruined they tried to use house shoes and the sizing was limited and the Velcro on them didn't work. This was a state qualifier competition and this hurt a lot of kids, not just our team. I hope we never have to go back!

West ridge is a pretty darn good bowling alley, love the lanes and the staff are a lot more caring and nice, and the space is just more joyful then Gage bowls. This bowling alley includes a great snack bar, a really good pro shop where I got my ball, and the staff are appreciative. I bowl on the junior majors, for the youth league. This is a five star bowling alley, you will over this bowling alley I promise.

They didn't have a bowling shoe rental size bigger than 10. Plus, our lane kept malfunctioning while we were bowling.

I've been here a number of times and never had a bad experience. I've bowled with small groups and larger ones and have always had good experiences here. It's been a while since I did the golf or go karts, but I remember always having fun on those too! The only real complaint I can think of is that the arcade is lacking any newer games. Then again though, I'm not a teenager any more and I'm sure the games in there are still bringing in the money!

Played all 3 mini golf courses with my grandson and husband. The Halloween decorations were cool. Had a fun evening at a very reasonable price. Have recommended to friends.

they had a waiter bring the food out to us... cooked to perfection... ran out of big tortillas so we got extra tortillas and they custom made it just for us. 10/10

Just celebrated my son's 9th bday. The party was awesome. The kids all had a ball bowling and playing in the arcade. Staff was GREAT.

Do not have a child's birthday party here! Very unorganized and disappointing for the amount of money spent.
