I switched to Welch's heating and Air because they take customer service very seriously. They are honest in estimating time of completion. They are thorough in the repairs and installs.

These guys are the REAL DEAL! Owner came out personally to our restaurant the same day to look at our unit. Following day, they showed up with a new unit to be installed for tomorrow. Very, very nice people and extremely knowledgeable not to mention professional. These guys really do care and they treat you with respect and advise you of the real issues, while trying to keep prices reasonable.

Recently had Welch's service our heating unit and were very pleased with the tech that came out. First, our unit is in good shape and he checked all the boards, etc. He then showed us how to use our furnace properly and what a difference that has made. Thanks so much and we will be using Welch's.

I called to have them fix my hot water heater. They just looked at it and said it was cracked and I needed a new one. They wanted to send another guy out to give me a quote for a new one ($500-$1000) he said. Charged me $89 to TELL ME THAT and FIX NOTHING. Then I paid another company $70 to actually FIX the water heater. What a complete rip off.

We recently experienced AC trouble over Memorial Day weekend. The service call from Welch's was affordable (especially for a holiday weekend) and they made a good effort to make it out to our house the same day even though they were already booked for the day. Our service call was performed by the owner and we found him to be courteous and knowledgeable. Overall we were please with the experience and will call Welch's again.

do not trust this company! the service repairman misinformed us regarding the issue we had, did a costly repair that lasted only a few days, then attempted to get us to replace our 7 year old a/c unit. the owner finally returned our call. he was extremely rude, unprofessional, belligerent. we are totally appalled at the inappropriate behavior the owner, david welch displayed.
