I found them to be very easy to work with. Reliable and genuinely concerned with the tenants at the properties they manage. Occasionally a problem would arise that the person that owns the property would not fix, but the management company did their best.

Colonial Oaks has hired Weigand Omega for years to "manage" their property. Weigand Omega is a joke! I pay my HOA each month to W.O. and they cash each payment, but when I call or write in about...oh say an abandoned car, the car will remain there weeks later. Only hire them if you don't want results.

This company took over my apartment complex not even 2 months ago. This is the perfect company if you don't like your bills being paid or you want them paid late. The no care staff has made it impossible for me to get anything done. Checks arrive late or not at all and they don't ever have any information for the management staff at my complex. So in conclusion if you are looking for a company to hire please look the other way. In one word to sum this company up is JOKE. From the top of the chain to the bottom.

The lady who sits in the back is always speaking about residents in front of us and barely knows what's going on. She's always on the phone. They lie about the supposed renovations, cant keep employees. I heard the lady who comes from corporate made the last manager go on leave and she never came back. The heavy maintenance man is lazy and the skinny one looks like he's on something. This property is a joke!

I'd give negative stars if aloud. My problem is still active as I write this review. Some facts to consider:1. I own a small company in the kansas area. 2. One of our accounts was recently put under new management.3. That company is Weigand omegaThe company gives an impression of the are corporate professionals to the outside onlooker. However, how they choose to function internally is anything but.We performed work in the thousands of dollars for the previous management company. In close to a two year relationship we had very few hiccups in terms of financial payment. However, always within Kansas law of the prompt payment act of a vendor. So when we heard Weigand omega was taking over we continued our work in good faith they were professionals as the previous management company.(Should anyone want the name of the management company you can ask and I will provide their information.)Now after almost two months that Weigand omega has taken over we have not been paid one cent for our services that now are totaled in the thousands. After calling and requesting answers here is what we have been told.1. We sent all checks and if you haven't received then that's to bad. I asked for a stop payment and reissue in case the checks we lost in mail. Response was we refuse to do that once we get them them we will pay you. Today the invoices were listed over 50 days ago at the time of this post. Well past the Kansas law of prompt payment act of a vendor. If the checks were lost then Weigand omega will never get them returned and so we will never be paid.2. Our info is sent to a po box by all our other contacts. Weigand omega doesn't seem to know the purpose of a po box. They told us they picked a address and sent payments to that address. All professional company who have seem our po box took the time to call us and confirm were we would like to have payment sent. Even our invoices have printed remit payment to our po box. After telling them all mail to that address is forwarded to our po the clerk at their office in witchita told us it wasn't her problem we entered the wrong address and checks would be resubmitted once they were returned to Weigand. So after calling the district manager who at the time seemed willing to help never called back our answered our calls after the first time we spoke. They are now stuck in their decision that they will not and refuse put a stop payment on the lost checks and will not send payment period. They have hung up on us now and moan on the phone when we call and tell them we would like an answer. We are now taking this matter to the us government department for HUD/section 8 labor enforcement as this account is a grant paid account. **IF WEIGAND RESOLVES THEIR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS WE WILL REMOVE THIS POST ** IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEY ARE STILL IN REFUSAL TO WORK WITH US** FOR ANY OWNERS OF PROPERTY LOOKING TO GET A MANAGEMENT COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THIS AS YOUR IMAGE I PERSONALLY WOULD LOOK PAST WEIGAND. There are to many well run companys out there to get stuck with Weigand.
