Fantastic customer support as well as product selection.I called Washer Specialties today and talked to a nice woman named Chris, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great company and great employees, 5 out of 5 stars.

This store had incredible customer service. I came in knowing only a little about my AC but with the long waits for service this time of year I was determined to try and fix it myself. We had to come back to the store several times over the course of a few days and every single employee we had help us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will never use another appliance parts store and I will be recommending them to anyone with issues. I can see why when I told people about my problems, I was unanimously directed to Washer Specialties. I usually try and add something negative to reviews to make them believable but I hope you will just take my word on how well these people run a business.

Excellent customer service. Excellent prices. The young guy who assisted me was well trained. When he was unsure of an answer, he asked. I was replacing my condenser fan motor and with the clear instructions given by the young guy and his fellow workers made this install easy for a first timer. I bought a universal motor. Everything fit well, surprisingly. If your're unsure how to work on your own system, call a pro. If you're someone with some mechanical mindset but no experience, watch a YouTube video and you will figure it out. Thanks for help today!
