Wasabi Hinkaku

This place is immaculate it was so good service,AMAZING. Food, OUTSTANDING. Interior was so, NICE. Our waiter was the kindest waiter that we ever met. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Me & my kids come here about every other Thursday & it's become like a tradition that they be kept for the past year , The food is AMAZING !! The staff & the owner are just the best & sweetest people I've ever meet !! They make me & my family feel welcomed every time! My kids love them & they love my kids ! I've ordered a variety of things but always have stuck with the Tempura California roll & the Crazy Stonehenge; those two are definitely my go to ! & OMG don't let me forget the Sweet Maui !!! That dessert is to die for

This is one of our favorite places in all of Wichita! Every single time we've come to this location we've always been impressed by the service and freshness of the fish. Love love love this place

The Service was awesome! The spider roll was so good, highly recommend it! The place has a great vibe to it as well very lively! I would highly suggest coming here for food n drinks! We also got miso with the meals before we order anything! 10/10

Haven't been here in a while but the new ownership has really done a great job. Food is spot on, presentation is extremely creative and the staff very friendly and attentive! Nice people definitely add to the overall experience. Enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance for sure. Definitely a must try if downtown.

Coming from somewhere known for seafood, I was a little hesitant eating sushi in a landlocked state, but Charlie was great with suggestions and very nice. I ordered the yellowtail carpaccio and the nigiri special... left full and happy. Definitely would recommend, great sushi spot for Wichita@phidingthefam

As someone who grew up in Florida where seafood expectations can be high, this place truly has some of the best sushi I have ever had. I recommend the Shrimp Tempura Crazy Roll. Service was quick & food was great, even in presentation.

I have been here a bunch of times - yay I am currently the Duke - and only at the lunch hour. Their lunch specials are awesome and they basically are priced at the cost of a sandwich... but you're eating sushi or a bento box.The sushi is pretty good for the midwest - it would be unfair to compare it to what I can have in my hometown San Francisco - and I am a fan. Wasabi has 3 sushi lunch specials ranging from $8.95 to $10.95 and 5 bento box specials. I have tried them all and the quality value ratio is compelling.On a friday I had their hot sake and it was yummy. Whenever in Old Town on business, I will definitely come here.Seriously, I come here at least twice every week that I'm in town.

Went for dinner yesterday (party of 7). We were greeted by our waiter and he was very kind and attentive. At some point, it got really busy with 9-10 tables and only 2 servers. They stayed on top of everything and even brought fried ice cream on the house for our friends that had graduated. They even had a bubble gun. So much fun and great food.

Our family celebrated two birthdays here. Wasabi Hinkaku made it absolutely amazing, memorable, and magical! The food was delicious, the food presentation was spectacular, the atmosphere was welcoming and warm, the service was excellent!
