Warren's Meat Market

Doesn't know the difference between prime rib & a ribeye steak . Is this place a butcher shop or do they just repackage Walmart meat & jack up the price? Long drive to Hays to be do disappoint

...I live close to Hays, Kansas and wanted a certain cut of meat from Warren's Meat Market...sent the wife in and when we got home it was an entirely different cut of beef...told my wife they don't know their cuts of beef as this was a cheaper cut of beef but charged at the higher rate of the cut I wanted...if they keep this up and people get wise, the business won't last long...my family raised beef on a ranch in southern Colorado and we butchered and consumed what we raised, so we know the cuts...the practice mentioned above is a growing concern as most people themselves know little about beef cuts...we have encountered this action several times in surrounding states (once in a major grocery chain)...ADVICE: educate yourselves on the subject...
