This place is absolutely shady they did nothing to remedy an order discrepancy they claim to have 30 day return but did absolutely nothing to return a product of mine that they did nothing to explain before I ordered it When I called for customer service their worker was absolutely clueless and never got back to me about their products, I placed and order ans it wasnt the correct product and theyre refusing to return it though they claim to have a return policy. Thats absolutely shady dont buy anything here. The products were t cheap wnd the shipping was slow, teamed up with their dog crap service and policies theyd get 0 stars from me.

Excellent variety of seasoning for all your BBQing needs. You can also buy them in bulk. They also sell smokers and grills. They also have commercial kitchen appliances. They sell smoking pellets, B & B char logs, etc.

Walton's does not guarantee delivery of their products. My order was lost in the transfer from UPS to the USPS and was not delivered to me. Walton's dictates this shipping method to get better rates, however when my order was not delivered they only offered an apology and would not replace the order. I cannot afford to do business like this. there are too many other options.

From start to finish, I could not be more pleased with my time at Walton's. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when I went to purchase the Green Mountain Wood Fire Pizza oven. I'll definitely be using them for any future purchases.

Trying to call the store is a struggle and when we do get ahold of an employee they put us on hold, set us on the counter and don't get back to us. Simply because they were closing in half an hour. Just rude.
