I received a bouquet of flowers and a large plant Walter's, they are beautiful! Our moms sent them to us as we had moved far from home and bought a house out here, and Walter's did a great job bringing them to us and they are just gorgeous!

Second time ordering flowers for my mom from this place. They do not deliver what shows on their website, upgraded to the premium on both of my orders and each arrangement looked smaller than the standard arrangement. Definitely do not upgrade, complete waste of money and time. My mom went down to the shop to show him the extreme difference and he got snippy defending his arrangement. Said he would refund me and took the flowers back from my mom. How sad and embarrassing, didn't want a refund I wanted my mom to receive what I ordered! Pictures attached of what I ordered and what my mom received. I will NEVER order from you again! Bad business
