We had an accident March 11th, 2024 in Wichita where a lady ran a red light and hit the front of our 2019 S-560. The car was disabled and we called Walser to get information on a recommended body shop. The car was taken to Carstar of Wichita for repairs. Once all body repairs were made, we made the 3 1/2 hour trip to pick it up. During the trip back home a "radar sensor dirty" alert popped up and the cruise wouldn't engage. We made a trip back and the car was taken to Walser for service to address the issue. We were told a new sensor was installed and calibrated so we once again made the trip to pick it up. As my wife was driving away from Carstar, the "radar sensor dirty" alert popped up again and the cruise failed to engage. She turned around and took the car back where she was given a rental to drive the 3 1/2 hours back home. The car went back to Walser where it was "worked" on again. Two weeks later Carstar called to inform me the car was fixed and they would return it to us and pick up the rental. When the car arrived on a hauler, I took it for a test drive. You guessed it, within 2 miles the same issue occurred but this time the cruise works. Here's my point; the service department at Walser failed! They failed to fix the issue, they failed to test the vehicle before sending it out and they failed to represent the brand! We never once received a phone call from the service department to explain or apologize. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to the service department at Walser if you want quality service. We made three 200 mile trips to pickup our car that was supposed to be fixed and ultimately had to make another trip to Mercedes of Colorado Springs to have the issue professionally resolved.

My husband and I had a very positive experience. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase. The process was very simple and straightforward, no haggling. The price of the 2016 Jeep we purchased and our trade in value were both very reasonable. Cody was a pleasure to work with. Free car washes for life are also a plus! This was all completed at the Mercedes Benz location.

Purchased 5 cars over the past 2 years and had issues with 3 of them. 2 where paperwork errors and 1 was mechanical. One of the paper work errors was when I got to the tag office, sale agreement was not accepted because walser forgot to charge sales tax on the in state purchase. I requested that the general manager call me multiple times and never received a call. I finally went in and talked to a sales manager who then offered me 2 free car services for their mistake and the inconvenience. I returned to the tag office only to find that the new paperwork could not be accepted because walser didn't sign it. The mechanical issue was they forgot to put the oil drain plug in. Luckily we were inspecting the car when we got home and noticed the puddle under the car of what oil was left ... could have been a terrible outcome if gone unnoticed.

When Schofield closed their Lexus Dealership Walser was the only company that I was aware of to take my car for service. All was fine as long as Alicia (former Schofield Customer Service Rep) was still gainfully employed with the company. Meaning, all services performed were excellent! However, once Alicia was no longer gainfully employed there the service went to hell!Every time I took my car in for regular required service without fail, the service representative undoubtably found something wrong with my car! For example, on one service trip, I was told my trunk latch was broke and needed replaced! Although I personally had not encountered any problems with my trunk, I trusted the Service Rep needless to say, agreed to have the my trunk repaired! Bottom line run to the hills far away from Walser for car service! When contacted my car repaired had been repaired and ready for pick up! Wrote a check for $3,000 headed home! Unfortunately my trunk Ed popped up before reaching 13th street! Returned immediately back to Walser as well as "stopped payment on my check!" When I informed the rep that I had stopped payment on my check, they were not "happy campers!" However it received much attention that my trunk was finally repaired without further incidents!Bottom line, do not take your car to Walser for service or any repair!! Instead I strongly recommend the Luxury Car repair shop located at 45th and Rock Road or Phillip 66 located at Central and Woodlawn!

Here I am 6 WEEKS later and no title....now I've accrued over $257.00 extra in sales tax that I have to pay.....but I can't get tags or pay the sales tax UNTIL I GET A TITLE. Only the sales rep called me back once, but it's not his department....so title people I WANT MY TITLE...I didn't drive all the way from Arkansas to get the runaround....I love the car, but this so called title service is not professional...THE END.

Walser Auto Campus is the best! The service team at BMW Mini went above and beyond to make me happy. My car had been misdiagnosed at BMW in Tulsa. I would have ended up paying for a part I did not need. Fortunately, Austin Landers and the service team were on their toes and figured out the actual problem with my BMW X1. They even saved me money from what Tulsa had estimated. I live in Miami, Oklahoma, and even though I have to travel a further distance to get service, I really never want to take my car anywhere else.

Recently purchased a car and had issues with the brakes. Reached out to Walser a few weeks after purchased and they said they would look at issue unless I paid for fix. Issue came out to be rotors needed replaced and was annoyed by purchasing a car and not having that corrected during initial inspection nor willing to correct it a few weeks after purchase. Wouldn't recommend buying from.

I purchased car in February 2023, paid my taxes and fee for handle title and registration at time of sale. My 60 day tags expired 2.5 weeks ago. I left numerous texts that were sometimes answered, they were always looking into what was taking so long but never followed up. They claimed the title company had a backlog. I asked early on for a refund so I can handle it myself, they were going to talk to general manager but as usually no follow up. I initially thought when I signed this contract, this would be better than having to deal with the pain of going to dmv myself, this expo has made me appreciate the dmv.At one point dealership did not answer when I called five times in one morning letting the phone ring for long period. I did get an immediate answer when I called different department and asked to be sent to sales. Asked to speak to general manager and got voicemail, left message and as usual no response. Contacted dealer through facebook messenger again with no response. Finally heard from third party titling company late last week. The reason I was contacted by title company was because the insurance documents sent by Lexus of Wichita had lapsed. I renewed my insurance mid March. I knew there were going to be late filing fees and asked if she knew what they would total. She figured $25 and informed me I had already paid for late fees upfront when I purchased the vehicle. I said this was ridiculous and I should not be charged anything because title company was not timely in filing. She said her company did not receive my paperwork until 4/28 from Lexus. This is two days after my tags expired. This is a week after being told by dealership they were contacting title company to see where they were at in the process. This is over a month after I called Lexus of Wichita to inquire about my tags and was told title company had a backlog, so I inquired if I could get a refund to do this myself. It seems the whole staff is complicit in lying to customers. They knew this would not be filed in timely manner and had me pay upfront fees for their incompetence. This makes me suspicious about what creative accounting they used in all the fees charged at purchase.Have contacted Lexus brand engagement, they at least respond in a timely manner. They informed dealer would be in touch within two business days, you guessed it no response. After second time contacting Lexus brand engagement with quick response from them still waiting for a response again. I had to buy a car quickly and in this time of reduced inventory had to travel 4 hours to purchase this car. The good dealers know this will change eventuality and you should treat your customers well. The business that treat customers like Lexus of Wichita(acronym low-ironic?) will not be sustainable in long term.

Zero customer service--acted like they didn't really want or need my business. I worked with the so called sales team for 10 days 'thinking' we had a deal. After leaving messages for several days--someone finally texted that they had sold the car to someone else. Great way to run a business.
