A good old-fashioned mouthy punk food-loving-to-the-point-of -blabbering type cat when it comes to things like Olive Oil. The ladies of Viva La Olive kindly understand this and interpret it as passion. These people care deeply about beautiful food and the incredible difference the right oil and the proper vinegar can transform your culinary experience. Listen to them. Visit them. Taste with them. Exemplary customer service (thank you Jan) from communication to execution. Big fan. Do yourself a favor and get oiled up by the experts.

I'm so happy I checked out Viva La Olive today! I love cooking with garlic infused olive oil so I had to grab a bottle of it when I was there. Also got a bottle for my Italian boss who loves garlic for bosses day on Monday. The nice lady who works there put it in a cute gift bag for me. They also sell balsamic vinegars, spices, olives, pasta and pasta sauces, etc. They've only been open for one year so just wanted to spread the word about this lovely local business. They're located in Old Town Square between Old Chicago and New Lemongrass: Taste of Vietnam.

There is an amazing product selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. An absolute go-to store to make the foodie in your life happy.

The most friendly staff I've ever encountered! Very knowledgeable and good at making recommendations. I work next door and they are always so kind and willing to help whenever we come visit. On top of the amazing staff, they have an amazing array of products that are delicious and have perfect recommendations for pairings of oil and balsamic.
