No communication from when they took my cat back and when they deemed him ready to go. 2.5+ hours of no communication and no written or clear aftercare instructions.Watch out for the paperwork. They want you to pre-authorize high dollar amounts for diagnosis and urgent care without communicating with you. They catch you in a vulnerable state and take advantage of that.Only 1 vet on duty.

Very kind staff. It's apparently the only one left that is open after hours. Really nice facility. I appreciate the doctor and staff in my time of need. Definitely recommend.

Talk about price gouging. I hate vet clinics that don't actually care about the animal. They stand behind the phrases "I can't predict the future or I'm just not sure" as they proceed to offer 80 different "might be" treatments. Unless your dog is literally dying, I would not go. Their base fee is $150. They also charge $22 per 50 mg of Benadryl. Anticipate your bill to be high and your care to be low.I'm glad also to find out that while they had my dog over 7 hours, she was not provided any water. Very apparent on her return home.

Went here with my dog who has blood pooling out of her mouth and butt. Waited for 2 hours, Refusing to do anything till they had money first, $700 later they had no answers and sent her on her way. I have never been more terrified and on top of that spending so much money for nothing to been done? I couldn't come back.

My dog was in labor and couldn't push the last one out and I took her here to wait even longer just for them to give her an exam and let her puppy die I will never bring any of my animals here again

Would get five stars if it weren't so expensive. The care your pet will get is well worth it though. I have an anxiety disorder and when my baby got sick I thought I was going to die too. They not only handled my repeated calls professionally, but they were so nice and reassuring. The vet even kept his catheter in an extra night to assure all the crystals had passed. The care they gave him likely saved his life and I'm so grateful. He's not out of the woods yet but at least I know everyone did everything possible to ensure a good recovery.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I waited 2 hours in the exam room for someone to tell me anything. Then the technician finally notified me it would be another hour. I left my dog to be treated and waited for a pick up time. They called and said my pet was ready to be discharged. I showed back up at 3:30 pm to get my dog and it is now 5:30 and they still have not released her. Customer service sucks!!! If you have another option take it! I would not recommend

Despite the price that seemingly cost an arm and a leg, they saved my dogs life. You can't put a price tag on a priceless thing. Thank you so much to the vets and staff. I'll forever be thankful for your help. Scout says thank you as well

Terrible place. Our beautiful dog was misdiagnosed and then we were told all negative outcome for him and we let that so-called vet kill him only to find out to late they were wrong. WHY are they there? They do not care for you or your pet. O that's right the MONEY. Have never seen so many RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people and really the people there are clueless about veterinary medicine. Hope that murder Lofgreen is gone!!!To late for our sweet dog his last hours were in horror and being so scared, was not allowed to be with him!! How dare them treat pets and people that way? Yes we were there in answer to your reply because we have our DEAD dog and your Bill to prove it. What's a matter when people give you a truthful reviews are you trying to to lie?
