US Post Office

The post office workers are usually cool, but the carriers suck! And then the post office works have to cover for the carriers, which is totally unacceptable! My carrier refused to deliver some packages to me (even though they have in the past). I asked for a redelivery, still refused to deliver and ended up returning my package without a final notice! So frustrating and the post office worker pretty much called me a liar when I asked why they can't just deliver when they have in the past. She said that they don't get out of the car! Smh! Ridiculous!

The people that work here, at least on the service desk, are the friendliest most helpful people you could ever hope to find a post office. Very service oriented. Extremely helpful. I know the post office gets a knock but this one sure does not deserve it.

I was heartbroken to hear that post office no longer would provide service at Dillon's because where else can you go to get service that quick?? So I ran over to the closes post office and I was Quick fast in and out super fast! The service was good and the staff was friendly. I typically go to the post office at the University but parking is a PAIN!!! I utilized their certified mail receipt services and they asked me to fill out the form and then they would take care of me next. I have never seen a line move so fast. It was my lucky day because I was in and out of there in less than 5 min. Must have just been perfect timing!

The post office on North Oliver is a pretty good outfit to deal with. The clerks seem friendly and knowledgeable. Usually they have enough help to get the line moving nicely but there are times the wait seems a bit long. The postal service in general, the carriers, not so good. I schedule pick ups most days of the week and most days they will ring my bell and accept my package(s). But about three times a month, they'll email me saying they had been there and picked up my packages when in fact they had not. I have to call the post office and, to their credit, they send the carrier back out. However, this is an inconvenience to me as I have to make myself available for them. And sometimes, Saturday mail is not left in my box at all. I don't think the carrier even carries mail on most Saturdays.

Envelope from Savanna, GA to Wichita, KS took 19 days to go 1,200 miles. The Pony Express could deliver mail over 1,900 miles in 10 days, in the late 1800's. I just saw an ad on TV about USPS being "reliable". I recommend you re-think that!!

Shoutout to all of the workers here especially Ken. I have come in so many times in the past and they are just so helpful with all of my shipping needs. Excellent service all around and although the line may be long at times you can see that the workers are doing their best to help everyone who walks through the door. 5 stars and anyone who tells you something else is a liar
