US Post Office

I don't know what is going on. We had a letter on our mail box that needed to be taken by the carrier. It was for a different address. I don't even know if we had anyone deliver mail on 4-24-19. We have a strip the carrier is to scan every day. We didn't receive mail and the letter is still there. Seems to me we didn't have a carrier that day.

They have so many different carriers that don't care anymore and deliver the wrong addresses. Do they not confirm the mail they deliver? I leave town sometimes early and when I see the mail carrier come down my block, I used to approach them and get my mail. Now Iam told that if they are having a bad day, they can't do it and also that another told me against policies. So, I must wait an additional 30 + minutes to leave town before they arrive. Most carriers just need an id for proof of who they are and address and they will release with a signature...Not USPS! Called today at 9AM and the phone wrong rang for 4 min and no pickup, then went to a busy circuit sound. Now thats customer service, no wonder they are doing down the tubes!!!
