US Post Office

Outstanding service. Whenever I go to my hometown post office I usually dread the experience. I used the postal service in Junction City, Ks and I was so thrilled about the quality of the service I received. Friendly, efficient and personable.

Most USPS offices are horrible at customer service nowadays but this place consistently takes the cake. They work at a snails pace. Paul Revere could do it faster.

I hardly Have Bad Reviews On Places. But This Post office Is The Worse. The Mail Lady Won't Even Get Out Of her vehicle To deliver packages She Prefers to leave a Pink Slip In the Mailbox. While you are home. So that you have to drive to the post office to pick it up from them. What I don't get is the package is small enough to fit in the mail box. Smh if it wasn't for being stationed here. I wouldn't choose to live in Kansas.

I've lived in Kansas for 1yr now and this this my first time in this post office and I loved every bit of it, the people are supper friendly, I had really good time talking to the people there. Great customer service hands down

I sent a letter through this post office that was marked very plainly "Restricted delivery" and was only to be delivered to the person it was addressed to. These idiots let another person in the house sign for it and get possession of the letter even though it was personal and confidential. Then when I called to see who had gotten the letter they lied and said that the addressee had gotten it when it was actually somebody else in the house which I was able to verify when I got a different employee on the phone! I wouldn't trust them with anything of value! They are a disgrace to the USPS.

I've been waiting 14 days a card that was sent 2 hr away from where I live, junction city has the worse mail service I've every dealt with. am highly upset with there service..

Every time I am in this location the employees are always pleasant and helpful. The manager went out of his way to assist me with receiving a package, and he was very pleasant throughout. Much better than other locations!
