US Post Office

I don't have a problem with the delivery men and women. I have a problem with Tammy H. I call her and she is RUDE!!! I have a sign on my door that requests EVERYONE to use the doorbell and not knock. The USPS ignores it all others follow it. I do it because I work from home and my dog cannot go off half cocked barking because Tammy doesn't care. I call her and am informed they have to knock and no doorbells because of covid contamination policy. I ask why that it doesn't make sense to me she says she's not going to argue with me and hangs up.Then I went to put a return thing they put on my door in my box like u do in a mailbox because I haven't lived in an apt since 1988. I ask why it hasn't been picked up yet and she says I could walk across the street. 1st she has no right to assume that I live in a building for disabled and seniors. She also knows I don't pick up my mail every day because her delivery guys have complained (my box wasn't full but they complained) so 2+2 but no she went there. I told her if I find it difficult to make it to my mailbox does she really think I can make it across the street and it really isn't across the street it's 1.2 city blocks.Most recently I called to check on 3 pkgs and 1 she said was too light to be put in front of my door. I said it would be light because inside there was toilet paper. I order it from Amazon regularly no pun intended. She got mad and said TP would never ship first class. I said from Amazon it would. I said in fact I know because of covid there are now places that will send it through USPS overnight and she said no it would be a scam that my box from Amazon was a scam and she was refusing to deliver it and I called Amazon and the agent called and spoke with a man who spoke with me on the phone, said the same thing and in the background you could hear Miss Thing saying "if that is that lady about the toilet paper scam box hang up on her"Talk about RUDE!!!!! Who does she think she is, a Kardashian?

I think they do a great job and have a lot to do in a short time. I have had no major issues, a couple of minor ones I called and discussed with them and it was taken care of. We need to be appreciative of the conditions and expected speed they work in.

These wonderful people are always ready to help and find ways to speed up a long line. The delivery people work long tiring routes in all kinds of weather to bring our mail and packages. I so appreciate all they do.

I am very grateful for the wonderful staff at the post office. They are friendly and do their best when the line gets long. I appreciate all that they do for us -- so much of their work is behind the scenes. I love sending letters and I hope I can for a long time. Thanks so much, Hutch Post Office, for keeping my letters going out and the letters from my friends coming in. It's always a delight to get a letter. And I particularly love all the stamp options. What fun!

They are rude and when you have informed delivery showing the scanned mail is to be delivered today they say that is is scanned and done in Wichita. Pure laziness probably at the post office and they didnt want to sort
