Urban Nails

CHau was so friendly. We talked about a lot of things. She is very professional and did a fabulous job taking great care of me. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I didn't need to call for appointment, I walked in and she got me right to a chair. But I will be calling next time to have CHau do my toes for now on. Thank you!

Stopped in at the last minute for a pedicure and was seen right away. Clean and people were friendly. The upsold me but, to be fair, my nails were in BAD shape. They don't have as much of a selection of regular nail polish as I'm used to and the price for the second-level pedicure was $45 which is pretty steep, in my opinion, and they didn't put any of the clear polish over the color, which I'm used to.

My nail tech was very friendly and they got me in right away on a Friday morning. I would come back again and recommend them to a friend.

the prices for a French tip w glitter is $72???? My other salon only charged $40 and afterward my nails were soFucked up like cracking and bleeding, couldn't even shower cause they were so bad they were burning!!! I paid $72??? what the hell???? don't recommend and never again also I'll include pictures of my idea n what I got

The worst nail service I have ever received. I'm a licensed nail tech and I'm appalled at the quality of service. I got a fill and was charged $65 which would have been fine if not for the quality. I tried multiple times to intervene. My gel is not even. The acrylic isn't covering my whole nail and it's extremely lumpy. My skin and cuticle was cut in multiple places. And when I asked for the gel to be cleaned off my skin I was told there wasn't any there. I had to peel extra gel and acrylic off of my skin.

Awesome service. Does a great job every time. Very clean and professional. Relatively quite. VERY relaxing.

Linda was so nice and went above and beyond to give me a great mani/pedi. I inadvertently choose a color that took a lot of effort to get perfectly opaque and without question or complaint Linda put a lot of time and effort into lots of coats to make sure it was perfect. I'm going back to her for my wedding manicure

What a beautiful and relaxing place. Walked in with my granddaughter and she was made feel so welcomed. She was pampered and feels like a Queen. Highly recommend this place

I took my niece here to get two full sets and two classic pedicures for her and I. Positives: -no wait time, they got started on us right away - nails feel like they are securely on and are comfortable - checked in with us often about how we wanted the nails to look - really took their time getting the nail shapes perfect Negatives: - person doing my nails drilled into my cuticle and made me bleed 3 times - we got there at around 1:30pm and we didn't leave until after 4:45pm- not a lot of color selection (plenty of nudes and pinks though, just not a ton else. Really lacking in glitter) -the flame design on my nieces nails wasn't very good - glitter polish was applied in a hurry and came out splotchy and not near as glittery as I was hoping - sanitation seemed a little lack luster - lady doing my nieces nails was also taking all the calls and incoming costumersAll and all I would go here in a pinch, but I would never choose to go out of my way to get here again.
