Unique Auto Appearance

We purchased a use jeep that needed some TLC. Unique Auto Appearance delivered!!!! They did an amazing job at everything from cleaning inside and out as well as dent removal and paint touch up. And they are just nice people!! Highly recommend!!

I was on a road trip from Houston to Wichita. I had been wanting to get a good wax job on my black BMW and I decided to get the interior detailed before my ride home. When I saw the reviews for Unique, I called them immediately. I happened to get the owner on the phone. He said they were booked for a couple of weeks. I told him thank you anyway, I live out of town. He immediately said thank you for bringing business to Wichita, we are going to take care of you. He got me in that morning and car was done in a few hours. His nice son even drove me back to my hotel. My car has never looked better. The items I had left in my car were put in a box and buckled into the front seat. Nice touch! You will NOT regret taking your vehicle here. I stopped by the Unique Auto Appearance car wash after passing it every time I come to this part of the city and from seeing the good reviews online. The entrance is a little confusing since the building is on a highway. I did a spin around the block before I was going in the correct direction to make a right turn in.Overall, the workers were all very friendly and truly took the job seriously. I appreciated that they vacuumed the Inside of my car along with the car wash. They did a great job. I left five stars because there were some spots of bird poop on my windshield that other car washes failed to clean and needed extra work to get off. I was pleased they came off and I appreciated their good work when I got in my car to leave.All in all, I would recommend! Car is extremely clean and the guys took great care of it.

Unique is UNIQUE... why? Great customer service. They brought my 2000 van back to life with an amazing clean and polish. Also trusted them with my newly restored '81 Camaro for a ceramic coating...Wow!!! It looks great. They earned my business forever. You won't be disappointed

Amazing! Everyone was so nice! They went above and beyond to make my car look gorgeous, they took great care of it. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do and offered options for additional services with no pressure. I cannot say enough good things about Unique, 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I took my Cadillac C4 in for a complete detail. I bought it used with 1450 miles on it. The boys made it look better than when it left the factory. The are truly artists and the cars they detail are their artwork. I know I can trust Unique Auto Appearance to do a stellar job.

Very good communication, excellent work, they were super helpful and friendly. Car looks and smells brand new and it's a 2008 Nissan!
