Ultra Modern Pool & Patio

Terrible service. They don't stand by their products. 2 pool cleaners in 3 years. Can't even get 2 seasons out of it

I posted a very excellent review back 2014, because of their service dept taking sooooo long, they had to give me a new spa, fast forward, that spa stated leaking, a month later they finally called, came by and looked and said they had to order parts. A while later, the service rep, called me after he had left and said he had repaired it, he left the panel off, insulation I had requested be taken away. No new insulation, panel off, gate to back yard open (we have small dogs). Waited not one but two days before filling and guess what, SAME thing, as if he didn't do a thing. I informed the Derby store, waited for a call from service, nothing. Then I got the bill, I went in again and informed the employee I got a bill, but no spa, waited again for a call...no call, it's been over two months, and I just receive yet another bill ($259) and a threat that they will charge me 2% if not paid in a month, but still no call. Pathetic. Don't buy, they can't support you, fire the service manager and hire a vet.

They're HORRIBLE!! Our pool has been green all summer long AND they're charging us as if it's good?!! Next year DIFFERENT company for sure. Ugh

closed my pool @ estimated 350.00 ended up 714. and change half ass job left cover off waterfall, didnt even empty leaves out of leaf net on cleaner, that probably saved me 75.00. pool was clean ready to close when they arrived. never never use again. have used ultra modern for 35 yrs. for pool products, not any more.

This place is hands down the only place to go for your pool needs. The team at Ultra Modern West are the best around. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. My pool would be LOST without them.

I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had MANY issues with my pool this past summer, due to improper closing and upkeep by the previous workers. They were always happy to see my face, even though I was in there at least once a week, if not more. They are knowledgeable about the products and upkeep. They ALWAYS try to help the customer in the quickest and cheapest way. Their expensive and time consuming solutions are more of a last resort (unlike most places). When I requested a service man to come help me, he was there in a timely manner, even before I got back. He called to let me know he'd arrived instead of just driving off when I didn't show up immediately. I will definitely recommend to people I know that have a pool!

Terrible customer service. They took my over a month to get my parts and then scheduled a service call and no one showed up. I called them and they said the technician had quit over the weekend. I had taken a vacation day for this and they said he would be here between the hours of 1 and 5 pm. They knew ithe technician had quit but they did not even attempt to call me and reschedule. I called them and they said he was still coming even though they knew he had quit. I called again at 5:15 pm and that is when they told me he had quit and no one would show up. Needless to say I was very unhappy because I ended up losing a whole day of vacation. No excuse for not calling. Will not use their services ever again. Will find someone else. They are lucky I gave them one star.
