Worst gallery I've ever been in. There is only two rooms. One is Chinese stuff and was incredibly boring. The other is a depressing slightly sexual photograph collection that is disturbing to the eye.

We visited the museum this afternoon and there are currently two really worthwhile temporary exhibits: paintings by WSU professor Ronald Christ and a photo exhibit entitled "The Hard Kind of Courage". Also, admission to the museum is *free*.The museum has a small brochure re: WSU's outdoor sculpture collection and we greatly enjoyed walking around the campus to see many sculptures. The collection is VERY impressive - and if I could rate the sculptures separately, I'd give five stars.

I was greatly impressed by my visit to the Ulrich Museum of Art, especially after my visit earlier in the day to the Wichita Art Museum. The Ulrich Museum of Art is a small museum on the Wichita State University campus, but they appear to have a good collection of modern and contemporary art. During my visit, two outstanding shows: "Look Out: Pop Art" and "Where Am I?" were particularly impressive. These temporary exhibitions were well curated and included some very good choices of works. This museum is definitely worth a visit.

A surprisingly top-flight small museum of modern & contemporary art, that includes both permanent and temporary exhibitions and the outdoor sculpture collection on the university campus.

Great museum with a large display of exhibits that change periodically. The museum is smaller, but has a great feel, plus it's free to the public!

I'm proud of this museum in Wichita. It's fantastic and houses a variety of work throughout the year. I recommend a look at the Ulrich Museum while you are visiting Wichita. It's free and loved by many.
