This company is dedicated to helping you achieve your dream home. They totally put the ball in your court when building homes. They were with me the whole time helping me budget and execute my dream home build. I would recommend them to anybody looking to build a custom home.

My husband and I are pretty handy but were not up to the task of building our house completely on our own. We found ubuildit at a home show and it turned out to be the perfect fit. My husband and I are past customers of Ubuildit - Wichita. We had built a small house 18 years ago by ourselves. We hired contractors for a few thing s. We had a horrible time getting them to show up, and actually do the work. This time around we used Ubuildit and had lists of contractors to use, for the things that we were not wanting to do. It was awesome when we had issues with contractors and had Mike and Jessica to help us get the contractors to get the work done. We appreciated Ubuildits advice and they were always available when we needed them. They also helped us with county inspections and made sure we were in compliance all along the way. We have a huge dream home that we are really enjoying. would not have been able to get it completed without them!

I am a current customer of UBI Wichita. I absolutely love the program as I wouldn't have been able to afford this size of house that I'm building with the upgrades that I'm getting otherwise. I love how I'm always in control of my project. I've been able to upgrade my house to the top of the line Uponor plumbing systems as well as Aquor Water Systems faucets. Jessica is very knowledgable and was able suggest things that only made my project better. Mike the Project Manager is also amazing because his years of experience really helps me understand best practices and what I can do to make my project better. The staff at UBI Wichita are pretty amazing and do whatever they can to help me be successful. I'm building my forever home which is ALOT of work, but I don't regret using UBI and selecting Jessica's team for this process. If you're on the fence, I would highly suggest taking the plunge, you won't regret it!
