Twin Rivers Apartments

They are wolves in sheep's clothing looking to take advantage of their next victim!!!! They'll make a fraudulent collection report against you if you try to move out when they don't fix anything!!!! They will suck every penny out of you!!! Do not move here black mold and bugs!!!!! My oven didn't get fixed for 3 months after moving in. My refrigerator broke approximately 5 times in a 6 month time span. The ceiling still leaks water after they said its fixed. No window screens on any of the windows. They are extremely rude and wont help you in any situation. My car got broken into twice my door handle was ripped off my car door. Lots of suspicious people dumpster diving and pushing around shopping carts in the middle of the night. My bicycle got stolen off my balcony. Not even 3 months ago a woman was sexually assaulted and beat with a hammer in the laundry room. Bed bugs inside of the building i lived in, i had to spray the bugs myself because they don't have anyone spray. Very sad place to live and I am happy im out of there. Not only after moving out I am haunted with a $2800 fraudulent lie on my credit report. Even after having health inspectors come and look at the inhabitable conditions. I've put up with alot living there and I really don't want anyone else to experience the amount of stress i had to put up living there..... PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS DONT MOVE IN.

Please, never live here. This is probably the WORST apartment building I have EVER lived in. They do not have a maintenance staff. They will not respond to your messages. They are not in office during posted office hours. They will ignore you and keep raising your prices. For the love of all things holy, don't ever live here.

WORSE place to live by far. They act very nice and friendly when you looking but once u move in they don't care about NOTHING but the rent being paid on time. They charge late fees by the day but still will file an eviction and then charge u and extra $200 just because they filed it. You can't just get a money order and pay rent. They want you to use a online portal that also charge u to pay your rent. They in the nicest way possible is FULL of SHIT. Worse decisions of my life.

This place is awful and sucks never rent from here unless you want to deal with problems..... took them 3 months to fix a leaking roof that was moldy and never replaced the drywall........ oven busted for 2months......... carpet is crap........ not taken care of before moving in........ refrigerator busted all the food went bad....... place really sucks If I could put no stars I definitely would!!!!!!

Terrible worse place to live always changes management. Apartments are crappy. They will make excuses that you missed a months rent to make you pay again just happened to me and has happened to a friend of mine who used to live here. If I could give no stars I would DONT MOVE HERE

Worst Apartments ever! walk outside and see drug deals going on. takes 4 months to fumigate, there's roaches in the hallway. We got evicted without any probable cause. Always paid rent on time. Management is horrible.

BAD!!!! BAD!!!! BAD!!! This place does not put carpet in some of their apartments on the second and third floors and when someone moves in they have to put up with loud noises and stomping on the floors and there is no way to get away from it until their lease is up. Do not move here.
